Boundless is the highest quality provider of the EoR service, we came across.
We used to be with the other provider and checked others as well. The Boundless team is the most knowledgeable and one of the few, if not the only one, compliant with their EoR service.
From the founder (Dee) to every other team member, we always got high-quality answers and also received suggestions on how to have a proper setup.

We used Boundless at my company to expand employment into France. We had a bit of a bake-off between a few different EORs but ultimately we decidided to go with Boundless for a few different reasons. Most importantly, Boundless takes legal and compliance very seriously which stood out to us. We're a regulated business so making sure that everything was above board was very important.
