It has a self contained, directly connected, cloud storage that takes an integral step out of the process of all other automation tools (that I am aware of.) So instead of transferring things to google sheets and then sending it somewhere else because you need to parse or a place to save your data, you can send it to the cloud and skip that middle step. There really isn't much that I dislike tbh... I guess if anything, I would say that maybe they could make the wizard better and more intuitive, to help navigate all the options, and make them even more clear. They could probably do this with examples or documentation links that show up depending on what step you are on so you can dive deep down the rabbit holes to understand what you are doing and what the options are at the level you are at. Before Boost.space my business was really unorganized and couldn't have a good database overview. Was having a struggle automating some parts of my business. So what helped me alot is the Tasks module. I can see everything in one place, prioritize effectively, and track my progress.

As a marketer who has now pivoted to automation for creating content on social media platforms like Instagram, Boostspace has met all expectations. How I use it only scratches the surface of all it is capable of. I initially purchased it as an impulse buy once I found out that it contains the Make.com engine. It allows me to connect virtually all of the apps that I currently use on a day to day basis without have to switch back and forth which save me so much time. The least thing that I currently dislike is the lack of instruction available. It can be a bit overwhelming trying to figure out how to use the app in other ways which is what I have been attempting to do. The founders have created some videos but they are limited in scope. I love that it works with Make, as I'm already somewhat used to that platform. The templates are also invaluable because they make it easier to integrate what you want to do. I am surprised that the automation features are so good, I'm half convinced there's a bunch of tiny elves inside my computer making it all happen. This thing connects to over 2,000 apps, I mean seriously, talk about value for my money because half the time none of these types of tools fully work. The setup process was a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many features to explore. I had to watch a few tutorials and play around with the settings to understand how everything works. 1) Automation - it has implemented Make so great. Especially for us who need to push Shopify data to Boost space

2) Centralize HUB - we have been using it for our sales team as a CRM. We also store all sales data from Shopify including products, contacts, orders etc.

3) billing - we can have all invoices in 1 place ready for billing and our accountant

I can name other 10+ things such as form, warehouse etc. but it would be the best if you test it out by yourselves. Boost Space saves us a ton of time and money because we ditched 20 other tools and cancel our subscription for 1 cost of Boost Space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it's very hard to understand how automation itself works. They have a lot of settings in terms of API like API for Boost Space then API for Make which is quite confusing. Also they could have premade templates for automation so we could just copy it and use it instead of setting up everything from the ground up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the new updates in particular this platform has become a beast in this space. They appear to be trying to innovate in a space that's become uninspiring and woefully expensive at best.

Their use of Make.com for workflows is fantastic and while it can be tricky to integrate the Boost.Space platform, their latest updates have made this much easier.

The AI features of most tools feels like a novelty, Boost.Space has been thoughtful about their approach and created functional solutions that are genuinely helpful.

There's only one aspect that is a little frustrating. There is a requirement to always use a Boost.Space module as part of any workflow to adhere to the Fair Use Policy. This is part of the Make.com partnership and initially this was difficult at times to implement but they've added other modules that can make this an advantage now.

When needing to use their database as part of a workflow this is irrelevant but for other workflows that don't it used to be a pain. They've largely solved this now though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has the Make.com scenario builder inside the platform and it makes it super easy to get your data and display it any way your little heart desires. You can integrate this software with any app you can possibly think of without batting an eye. Takes minutes to pull in all your data from different platforms. I really would like to be able to create dashboards without paying for an Enterprise plan. No transactions and no charts seems short sided on a data platform. Those are core features in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
