One of the best things I like about the solution is it does neglect even a minor element that might affect the assortment negatively. Since the solution is expensive, small firms may not find it cost-effective. Although UI is simple, since many functionalities are there, new users might take some time to learn the process thoroughly. Apart from that, there is nothing I can think of; I absolutely loved it. It allows us to look at our weekly availability and make decisions in real-time about schedules based on previous figures for the same time frame. If we needed to make changes to schedules in stores or if we needed to adjust our inventory to plan for a change that we didn't previously forecast or see in our initial planning, we had that information at our fingertips.
