Bloomfire has been instrumental to our collaboration and development as a new growth company. I love how you can search through transcripts to find exactly what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike about Bloomfire. Maybe to improve the usability and user experience, make collections of videos/folders visually distinguishable from individual videos. Sometimes it is hard to find a playlist when I am trying to quickly scroll through a list of videos/ playlists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our science team can answer a question on Bloomfire and when another person has the same or similar question they can look it up on Bloomfire and either find the answer they are looking for or add to the previous question and continue the conversation. It saves time every day for those that would answer the question as well as those that need the answer. They can find the answer immediately and look at similar questions for alternatives and additional options. I do not get bothered by different Sales Reps asking the same questions 3 times a day or week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have many questions that are similar that are asked again and again. Instead of adding to a previous post, they ask a new question because they were either busy and didn't see the previous question or because there were already so many similar questions they just decided to ask their own. The longer our company uses Bloomfire the more bogged down it becomes with outdated information and it is so time-consuming to eliminate outdated answers or update them all. Then the Sales REps have trouble finding the answer because each one they open is giving a link to a previous full answer, but they may have to open 3 or 4 posts to finally get to the answer. Intuitvie user interface, was easy to store product information and training materials etc. group creation and sharing options, allowed for seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how quick and easy it is to set up searchable resources for employees to find information quickly. No more searching for that document you saw 6 months ago - with Bloomfire's great search tool, you can find that document in seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could flag a document to be edited and have it sent to a single person. Currently, the platform sends a flagged contribution to all admins and moderators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that my employer can add documents and I do not have to search for them they are all in 1 place. I like that I am not being asked to remove documents or free up space in order to locate important files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the search would expand through various categories. When you go into Bloomfire, you are given the option to search by title or by category but when you search by category it doesn't not search other documents. It is a little of a pina because you could potentially miss out on your doc because it is located elsewhere. I have been working with Bloomfire for 6 month now. I like that I am able to find most of the manuals for the units therefor making it easier for me to ID parts. It is easy to navigate! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that punctuation will mess with the search results. IE: Searching by part# 101432 will not find a question posted if the sentence ended with "101432?" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the ability to search our company documents globally across the site. It is also nice to be able to follow specific categories so I can keep up with notifications on the things that interest me, and don't have to hear about the happenings in other departments. I dislike the difficulty of adding a category to your followed list. Having to edit your profile and type in the exact name of the category to find it is annoying, and it is even harder to find an article if it is not properly tagged with a useful category. There is a lot of potential in "following" and "liking" items, but this functionality needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bloomfire has allowed me to have the opportunity to source critical knowledge from a variety of colleagues quickly. As a virtual-only organization, information exchanging hands to the correct recipient can be a rather strenuous process at times.
