No longer required to print off notices to display on notice boards.

What do you like best about Blink?

I was first intoduced to Blink through anouther business in our group, and with almost no turorial was able to start using and understand the platform well. I was particualry suprised by how easy it was to login for the first time. It's very intutive and is being well used by there teams two years on. For us, it's helping to maintain our personal culture as the business grows nad bring our newer members closer to leadership and improve their orientation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blink?

Have not found any downsides yet. I do think in a lot of ways it's simplicity is to it's credit. I have seen platforms become too feature rich, reuslting in users becomming disengaged. I think Blink have actually got the balance right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blink?

At East Yorkshire Buses, where seamless internal communication is paramount, Blink has proven to be a game-changer. This platform offers us a distinct channel for our internal communications, providing a more professional atmosphere compared to mainstream social media apps.

One standout feature is the 'hub,' which acts as a centralized space for all our staff to access relevant files and documents. What sets Blink apart is its ability to achieve this without the need for costly Microsoft Office accounts, making it a cost-effective solution for our organization.

The Blink team has been incredibly accommodating throughout our journey with the platform. Their support in incorporating separate department feeds onto digital screens has streamlined communication within specific departments and office locations.

In addition, the onboarding process was a breeze, thanks to its user-friendly interface and intuitive design. The support we received during this transition was unparalleled, emphasizing the commitment of the Blink team to ensure a smooth and efficient integration for our organization. What do you dislike about Blink?

While our experience with Blink has been overwhelmingly positive, it's worth noting that there is room for improvement in the training materials provided. The current 'Blink Champions' approach, utilising a train-the-trainer method, has its merits, but given the nature of our organization with staff located across multiple sites, and considering staff turnover, a more accessible solution would be beneficial. Incorporating digital and interactive training materials could enhance the learning experience for our team, ensuring that everyone can maximize the platform's potential.
