Blink links a workforce together and provides a one stop shop that team members can access to complete their work day. The platform provides not only an outlet for communication and for team member camaraderie but also as a workplace hub. Blink is ultra responsive to feedback and uses suggestions to add enhancement and features to the platform. We would be lost without Blink! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside of the Blink platform is that the broad feeds can become a place of negative engagement by a few disgruntled team members. Often, important messages are ignored or not noticed because the feed is crowded with personal posts from team members. Blink could use more innovation that allows pushing mass private messages and the ability to connect a team member to a workgroup rather than a 1:1 message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Accessing the most up to date document and policies is very easy.

Blink has been a fantastic solution to our work 'intranet' needs. As it's like a social media platform, it has familiarity with our staff that makes it simple to use. It's easy to navigate and the hub section is really useful. Its great that it can also be broken down into teams so that the feed doesn't become too overwhelming. Blink allows employees to sit on a level playing field; communication is not limited to a top-down approach, something which allows a togetherness across the board, helping new employees to integrate into the business, understanding its culture, with ease.
Blink fulfills a niche channel, allowing employees to raise awareness and communicate personal passions outside of business activity including fundraising; something which is more difficult to do on traditional channels such as Teams and Email.
On a weekly basis we will see employees share information about their current efforts both in and outside of work, allowing us to connect on a personal level, understanding each other further. This regular use of the platform is great to see.
Customer support is, usually, helpful and friendly, although I have, on occassion, received a sharp response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Blink, like any social media, is reliant on its user base for its success. While we can call to action for use of the platform, ultimately our engagement relies entirely on whether our employees want to use Blink. This is not something Blink can actively 'fix', however ensuring ease of accessibility is crucial.
Blink's 'Hub' feature isn't the easiest to use or the most beneficial to our business. On a personal level I find it can clutter the dashboard for little value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to use and the features! The feed is engaging for our employees and most people who have used it are happy with the simplicity of it. Our manufacturing business operates 24x7. Our operations team working shifts sees our business support and leader teams only 27% of the time due to night and weekend work. We finally have an effective tool to enable active two way communications...for policies, directions and important company information!! This really improves our team experience and engagement. Blink is a really colorful and engaging app that brings all colleagues in every business together. Supported with world-class hyper care by the team (thanks Elly and Maggie), I have been really impressed with the better functionality it provides over alternative platforms such as Yammer.
