I love that Blink is our own personal Signature platform! Such a great tool to be able to seperate work from personal chats whilst seeing everything that is going on around the company/in each venue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use. It is easy to post into the feed. I like confidential chat and the facility to store documents in the chat as well as information in Hub. It makes it easy to reach colleagues in my organisation with key information that is relevent to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blink has been a game changer for our organization! Since the very beginning of our relationship with Blink, we've been impressed. They implementation process was smooth, and the platform is so easy to use from a user perspective and as an admin. Our workforce is very dispersed and we were finding it hard to share updates with everyone, but Blink has connected us and overall our staff are more informed and engaged. The information is centralized and the platform itself is so similar to all other social media platforms, so the learning curve was easy. Our feed is busy, in a good way. Staff feel comfortable sharing information themselves (which has alleviated the workload for our Communciations Team), and the organization uses it to share news, important updates and all other information that is relevant to someone's job. I could go on, but overall we have been very happy and we appreciate that Blink works seamlessly on mobile and desktop. This platform has a user-friendly interface that is inutitive and easy to navigate. It has good performance, things load quickly on the news feed so I'm able to see company updates. I like the feature that you can prioritize based on urgency and that you can also include polls. I like that you can celebrate, thumbs up or do other functions for the comments. I find when I'm trying to download items off blink it can be difficult - a lot of prompts before I'm able to have accesibility to the forms other team members have added. Would be nice to add a survey option. I could do without the "suggestions for you" option, just feels like unnessisry clutter to the home interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm a huge fan of Blink, both as an administrator and as a user. As a user, the experience is fantastic, super easy use but also to snooze in times where you’re away from work. It enables me to engage with all the teams across the wider business and collaborate when I’m needed without being overwhelming like emails can be. I use Blink everyday when I’m working and it’s my go too tool to manage communications about events, projects and updates that are required either for the whole business or specific smaller teams. As an admin user, the functionality and ease to make updates is second to none, it’s our go to for making our employee experience easily accessible and updatable. In our organisation Blink allows for 'private' group chats' to be set up which can lead to many unmanaged conversations, tricky when you'd like to colaborate as these are more difficult to manage. would be nice to turn on/off some functionalty. As we have colleagues all across the country, driving trucks, on building sites etc, Blink has given us an easy way to reach everyone across the business. One of our biggest successes is using Blink to share our monthly video update which provided consistent messaging to all our colleagues, as well as providing visibilty to our senior leaders. Blink has improved our internal communication dramatically while cutting down on hundreds of emails! So much more comprehensive than Slack. In addition to the news feed and the direct chat feaature, we are also able to utilize the HUB to share mobile friendly content to specific teams. Every step of the way they ask for feedback and ideas for ways that they can make their system work better for us. We utilize surveys that Blink provides great data for us to develop actions. Our teams use the group chats to stay connected with their teams. We set up personalized posts on a schedule for employee recognition.
