What do you like best about Blink?

Blink has been a game changer for our organization. The timeliness of employee communication has increased dramatically, allowing us to exchange crucial information with our team in real time. As an Emergency Medical Services provider, all branches of our organizational need be in constant communication. Since implementing BLINK, we have benefitted from a dramatic culture change. Where the everyday habit of society is utilizing phones, BLINK is the perfect complement for communications. We have found that this tool breaks down barriers for staff which allows them easy access to forms, schedules, protocols and other necessary information and brings it literally right to their fingertips. This greatly assists in our business operations. As well, the ease of our information being presented in a familiar yet professional way allows our team to quickly respond and engage in conversations whether those are of an employee engagement nature, a more serious subject and all those in-between. BLINK was also a cost savings from our former platform which allowed us to reallocate the savings to other projects and initiatives. BLINK is much more than meets the eye. So BLINK…and don’t miss it! What do you like best about Blink?

It's easy to use, ability to time when posts are up for reading, create groups for chat, able to turn comments off is a big bonus. I use the Blink many times throughout the day and like the fact that we can upload files onto the Hub that are relevant, this integrating is a fantastic addition as our staff can see what they need to. setting up Blink on phones and computers is easy and users are connected instantly. What do you dislike about Blink?

No moderating, certain drivers like to post stuff they should not be, there is nobody to moderate a post before it is displayed. This could be a function only required for the few who do indeed breach our Social Media Policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our workforce is predominantly drivers and therefore out on the road most of the time, this gives us the ability to reach all of them at any time of the day and keep them informed of any issues / diversions etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blink?

Ability to access key company systems/platforms on the go wherever you are; kept up to date with the latest company news and information relevant to me. Great customer service, any challenges are resolved within a timely manner. Constantly developing product where new features are introduced due to regular feedback from BLINK's customers. What do you dislike about Blink?

What problems is Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a large population of our staff based on site with limited or no access to a laptop/pc. They can access key systems on the go, and keep up to date with latest communications. In particular, anything that is critical with regards to Health & Safety matters/any training that is obligatory. Site based staff can now access our employee enagement survey on their phones. There is a reduction in email communication; BLINK App enabled us to move away from lengthy memos to a short and concise messages which are reaching more employees. What do you like best about Blink?

Blink is easy to use, both as and admin user and standard user. System is easy to install and has a friendliy UI. I have contacted Customer Support for requests previously through our own team and these have been looked into. I use Blink almost daily, for communicating with employees and getting updates on the business. The app has plenty of features and allows for staff to freely comment as they wish with the ability to lock posts should the need arise. What do you like best about Blink?

I like that it is a safe place for my coworkers and me to share ideas and techniques to grow as leaders while doing our jobs. I like how easy it is to post anything. I like how ready to help the customer service team is. I like the AI feature that allow me to easily integrate anything and use it every time I want. and it get implemented with no headache as well. What do you like best about Blink?

Blink has been great tool to reach every single colleague across the business. We have a significant number of front line workers who are either out on the road, on construction sites or operating in a warehouse, we are now able to be in the pocket of these people. What do you dislike about Blink?

It would be great to choose from multiple reactions on comments, similar to feed posts, however, I beleive this is being implemented in a future update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blink allows us to reach every single colleague in the business. From the CEO to the truck driver out on the road, we can be in the pockets of everyone. What do you like best about Blink?

I love that blink allows our company to share updates, news, events, vendors, and changes within our company. I use blink atleast 3 times a day minimum. I enjoy having a central HUB area for all of my documents making files easy to locate by searching and filtering, I also really enjoy that LITERALLY everything I use in my day to day tasks can be located within Blink (Of course we had to build it out to our needs and everyone is different).Blink offers the ease of implementation making it effortless to navigate and simple to use, tailored specifically for our office environment. The customer service help option has messenger where they can connect you to a live agent and they can walk you through areas of struggle and assist you in a timely manor. If you're like me, I hate calling and being put on hold and the help desk makes it simple. Implementing Blink is a breeze due to its ease of integration, much like Facebook in my opinion when sharing posts, ensuring seamless navigation and straightforward usage within our office environment. When I need something I remind myself "Did you check blink?". If I need to make an annoucement to my collegues I ask myself "Did you Blink it?". You can also use a # at the bottom of a post to easily go back and track your posts when searching by including your # and it will pull up everything related to that specific hashtag. What do you like best about Blink?

What do you like best about Blink?

The features that I really enjoy is any time we push out policies and procedures we don't have to have long drawn out meetings. We can push the information to each employee for them to ead and acknowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have all our documentation regarding our business, HR policies and pay in one spot. You can log in to blink and find answers to all your questions. You can push out policies and procedures and have employees acknowledge them and sign them from the app. You can encourage your team and can also let the team know about any emergencies or things that are coming up.
