What do you like best about Black Ice CRM?
One of best CRM system in market which is designed to meet the needs of any size company and features offline campaign management and a simplified customer view. You can track sales reports, marketing automation using this system. High level of User Interface makes it look and feel very professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Black Ice CRM?
The only problem I see is it's slowness. Though it's a heavy CRM system which manage and track all the activity related to Leads but it's a bit slow system. Not perform good under Low network area. Also it's not of free of cost but they provide few days of trail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
