"Intuitive and Easy to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

Using Bizzabo has been incredibly helpful for streamlining my workflow. What stands out the most is how intuitive and easy it is to use. It doesn’t take much time to get familiar with the platform, which the day-to-day tasks much smoother.

It has really improved my overall efficiency by keeping everything in one place. The platform also helps me stay organized and on top of deadlines, making the entire process feel more structured and less overwhelming.

Overall, it allows me to focus more on the strategic aspects of my work rather than getting caught up in logistics, which has made a noticeable difference in both my productivity and the quality of my output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

While my overall experience with Bizzabo has been very positive, one downside I’ve noticed is the limited customization when it comes to ticket display. The current setup works functionally, but it doesn’t offer much flexibility in terms of design or layout, which can make it harder to fully align with user experience preferences. "User-Friendly Platform with Live Stream Challenges"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I find Bizzabo user-friendly because the format, workflow, and functions make tasks easier. The website sub-page format is sufficient, which helps with clarity and organization. I also appreciate the fluent workflow of event organizing, ensuring smooth processes. Additionally, the diverse functions available for registration allow for flexibility and meet various needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I have issues with the live stream on Bizzabo. It needs to be more stable, and there should be instant assistance available on event days rather than just providing website articles for reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Event Management with Stellar Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I really like the amazing support team and customer success team at Bizzabo, which makes the platform easy to use. The features like promo codes, email and event restrictions, sponsor and speaker portals are amazing too. I also appreciate the seamless integrations with tools like HubSpot and Klik, making it basically an all-encompassing platform. The ease of integration is another aspect that I find valuable. What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I find the need for more personalization and an easier way to view attendees at a high level. Right now, we have to pull a lot of this manually into a report for tracking and reporting to internal teams. I also wish there was the ability to flip through registration pages at the top as well as the bottom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Event Planning with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I really appreciate how Bizzabo makes event planning simple and efficient with its dedicated templates in the system. It allows me to duplicate or recreate similar events along with the necessary communications, making the setup quicker. This efficiency gives me the ability to put on more events in a shorter timeframe. Another aspect I like is the chat support, which is usually quick to respond compared to other systems I've used. Whenever I encounter a glitch, error, or unfamiliar process, Bizzabo is really good at guiding me through and providing the help I need. Also, setting up Bizzabo was pretty straightforward with good training, making it easy for me and my team to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I think perhaps Bizzabo's dynamic registration could evolve to stay up to date with other systems that are evolving. Maybe it could incorporate AI to make things even quicker for efficiency and productivity. It's quite a broad improvement I have in mind, but I've seen AI doing interesting things in this area. "Intuitive Platform that Streamlines Event Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I really like the template feature in Bizzabo that allows me to save and easily duplicate them. The platform is very intuitive and simple to use. The one-hour onboarding process was quick, and I was able to create an event page right afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I think maybe the custom modules in the website, I think they could be improved by how to build those out because sometimes it can be a little bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup with Excellent Support, Needs More Autonomy"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I like most how easy it is to work and to create to be our own with Bizzabo. I like that it integrates with our own website, so we could still use our branding. I really enjoy how fast it is for those at Bizzabo to help me with the different tiles for the chat to talk with people. The chat feature is super valuable because I can use it at any time of the day, and there's somebody there to help me to ensure that I am editing everything correctly. If I have any questions, they're eager to help me in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I think what could be improved is some features that I have to make a person through the chat edit specific things. It would be nice if I could have that feature to do so, so I don't have to rely on somebody to make those mass edits for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Registration and Seamless Communication, with Room for Growth"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

What stands out most is the flexibility of the registration flows. Whether we are running a simple webinar or a complex, multi-track conference, the ability to customize ticket types and logic-based registration questions is a huge time-saver. Additionally, the integrated email marketing tools are incredibly robust; being able to segment my attendee lists and automate personalized reminders directly within the same platform ensures our communication is consistent without having to export data to a third-party email tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

While the platform is powerful, there are some 'quality of life' features missing that feel like industry standards. Specifically, the lack of a native 'Apply to Attend' or approval-based registration workflow is a hurdle for our exclusive, invite-only events. Currently, we have to find manual workarounds or use external forms to vet attendees before they can register. It would also be great to see more native flexibility in the website builder's design layouts, as it can sometimes feel a bit rigid when we're trying to match a very specific brand aesthetic. The post event surveys also have so much to be desired, as the survey is very limited, the button uncustomizable, and we can only put it on the Bizzabo website, when we do not use that functionality. "Seamless Virtual Event Management with Customization Needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I like Bizzabo for its ease of use, which makes managing virtual events straightforward. The ability to integrate Bizzabo as a full tech stack is really beneficial, allowing seamless operation with tools like Zapier and Hubspot. I appreciate the customization options available, which help tailor the experience to our needs. The initial setup was very easy, making it accessible from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

Increased customization on the website and emails. I would like to see much more customization outside of their templates - increased options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Event Registration with Some Integration Hurdles"
4/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

The ability to add tickets and the various registration flows to the overall ticketing process. It's great how seamlessly the sessions flow from backend set up in Bizzabo through to the web/landing page widget and mobile app. The initial setup was fairly smooth, and the knowledge base was helpful along with our CSM Nicole, who spent numerous hours answering questions and escalating concerns as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

It was challenging before the conditional ticket feature was toggled back on for the new dynamic ticketing event setup. The Zapier connection was a huge pain point for us as the API names and coding in the back end did not work so seamlessly. We also had a challenge when activating the HubSpot<>Bizzabo integration as well, again there was some script that was outdated so we needed additional support outside of the documentation provided in the Knowledge Base to configure. I use Bizzabo for event registration, creating event websites, forms, and syncing form fills to Salesforce. I like its easy-to-use UI which allows multiple team members to work on an event. I really appreciate the ease of use and how any team member can be quickly trained to use it and easily pull reports. Exports are easy, which adds to its convenience. What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

Syncing is a bit rough and form fills don't have a date field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
