I find Bizzabo to be a very easy-to-use tool, which is fantastic for someone like me without a lot of experience. The ability to custom code is great if I want to take things to the next level with the layout, allowing for creativity with customer porting. I think there could be a lot more models and choices of those modules. For example, the map or the countdown are kinda cool, but they only offer a few different layouts. There are such finicky little issues that you don't think about until you stumble on them. Having to have custom CSS code to adjust the way time zones are listed on the agenda, how terrible the community looks on the event website, but you have to have it enabled there for it to work in the app (unless you get support to create more custom CSS), the fact that you can't access or resend ticket boost codes....I could go on. I like that the solution covers everything across the full event lifecycle—pre-, during, and post-event. A lot of platforms only support one part of an event, so I appreciate being able to rely on Bizzabo for all of it in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bizzabo is super user-friendly. I find the back end to be very easy to use, and our clients require almost no hand-holding on their end.

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Bizzabo. I sometimes want to change something across all sessions, and that can be tedious. And I find the template feature to be lackluster. But those are small concerns that are easily dealt with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy Bizzabo is to set up for each event and appreciate the flexibility it provides. I've already had conversations with the Bizzabo team about it, but the ticket process that recently changed has been a bit of a struggle for us. I like that Bizzabo is easy to follow. The people who register for my events can do so easily because when I set up the platform, I specify what I need to know from the participants. It is easy for the participants to register and provide me with that information. I find the need for more personalization and an easier way to view attendees at a high level. Right now, we have to pull a lot of this manually into a report for tracking and reporting to internal teams. I really appreciate how Bizzabo makes event planning simple and efficient with its dedicated templates in the system. I think perhaps Bizzabo's dynamic registration could evolve to stay up to date with other systems that are evolving. Maybe it could incorporate AI to make things even quicker for efficiency and productivity. It's quite a broad improvement I have in mind, but I've seen AI doing interesting things in this area.
