Back in 2014 when I was looking for an all-in-one solution that offered calendar import and export between different platforms such as Apple iCal, Outlook and Gmail, That's when I first came across Bitrix 24 because it was the only platform offering it. I was impressed to see that apart of the calendar feature, bitrix 24 offered a wide variety of other useful features and services as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I won't say that I dislike anything about Bitrix 24 because it'll be a lie, I would rather say that the Documentation even though it is pretty detailed could be still improved further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First of all, we must know what Bitrix24 is. It is a multi-operations software that allows multi-tasking in different ways: Creating selling sites, automating sales, or project management with rich communication features. That’s why it is called the “All-In-One.” After logging in, we will directly notice the well-designed dashboard with tabs clearly separated. We can click on any tab we want from the left corner of the screen. It is very straightforward and navigation-friendly. The principal tabs on the dashboard constitute the things that I like the most about this software:
- The Activity Stream from which we can see the employees of a given project with whom we can interact through chats (both video or text) or comments; there’s a comment section for the different projects. While writing, we can share files and use emojis. This particular feature shows that the software keeps up with the technological trend, because emojis mean alot to people;
- The Employees tab presents the organizational chart with the names of all the employees. And, we can organize it as we want by adding new members or removing some, creating different Departments, and sharing the roles. It just makes team management highly efficient;
- The Tasks and projects tab allows us to create tasks and manage the different teams working on them. What is even more fabulous with this tab is that Bitrix24 gives us an Analytics kind-of-feature that shows in real-time the performances of the different projects, the timing from the beginning to the ending planned, the ongoing tasks, the completed ones, and the total;
- The CRM which means Customer Relationship Management. This is the key element for any company to thrive in the digital world besides SEO (Search Engine Optimization). We cannot dig deep around it, since it is not our aim topic here. Just know that CRM is a tool that helps companies stay in touch with their clients by analyzing their needs to increase sales. Not only Bitrix24 has it. Microsoft, Salesforce, Zoho, to name just those, have it as well. What is adorable with the CRM of Bitrix24 is that we have a whole tab dedicated called CRM, and it is actually very intuitive to use: We can add our clients’ names, their contacts, and some notes about any relevant things that we want to hold about those clients. Hence, Bitrix24 enables us to create a detailed database about our clients. We don’t need to find another CRM tool elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- The support team is sometimes hard to get to. They take too much time before replying to our emails. It can make us feel lonely fronting some bugs we would like to report and get the help we need;
- The price is too much for small businesses. Bitrix24 charges USD61 /month for the entry-level (sometimes we can have sales dropping the price); while softwares like Zoho charges USD12/month only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We decided to integrate Bitrix24 to improve the deficiency in MS Teams for Sprints. Bitrix24 makes life for all teams easier because it gives us access to many great features that Bitrix24 provides, including Kanban Boards for helping people managing projects and tasks.

I would recommend joining up and start becoming familiar, particularly with the Kanban board structure (Projects and Tasks) in Bitrix24, and start exploring it before doing any integration, so you can decide if it is a good fit for you or not. Britix24 may replace traditional collaboration tools with a single platform, so everything works in favor of internal communication with the aid of Britix24. What I like best about this amazing software is its platform, which is beautiful and well-organized. It is very intuitive, and the customer support is excellent. It has all of the necessary tools and functions, as well as online storage and collaboration tools. With this platform, we can manage our projects, tasks, messages, and files, and we can manage the time we have spent on each task so that everyone in our team can keep track of the tasks. Despite the fact that it is a fairly straightforward platform, there are certain things that do not take a lot of learning time to grasp. The mobile app becomes too slow and takes a long time to open at times, document sharing isn't always as useful as I'd like it to be, it takes some time to prioritize our tasks and subtasks, I don't like their notification system because we constantly see the same notifications every time we log in, and the premium plans become very expensive over time. Bitrix24 is a CRM, it is specialized for that specific function.

I found it difficult to configure. I tried to link the different spreadsheets and in most cases I couldn't.

Bitrix24 gives our organization all it needs to manage everything from CRM to projects and processes. I like how easy and adaptable this program is; its features and functionalities make it a fantastic choice for optimizing our CRM, automating procedures, managing projects, incorporating documents, and improving communication. I've used it to create tasks for team members, and it works well since it sets time limits, allows you to add observers and participants, and allows you to add subtasks to the primary task. I like the corporate part of Bitrix24 because, as a project manager, we can have our own website for each project where I can categorize all contact. Midsize and big organizations are utilizing one of the most complete channels available to assist them in managing activities, connecting with customers, and improving team performance. It offers a very dynamic user interface that aids networking by allowing users to communicate and share content. The architecture might use some updating, and the reports area isn't the finest; they could absolutely enhance it. In addition to being unable to discover the default widgets supplied to new users, the Bitrix24 support service takes an inordinate amount of time to respond and is hence ineffective. Some functions, such as check-in functionality, may stop working abruptly, the pricing may be out of reach for small enterprises and organizations, and the mobile app functionality is less efficient than using it on a PC. It is a popular application for both small and large businesses since it fosters cooperation and simplifies teamwork. It is an excellent tool for accomplishing routine chores and for managing calls from consumers in various places with decent network throughput.
