I like the interface the best. It's got a great user interface, and the look and feel of everything is nice. The idea of using it to track everyone's time is good for hourly employees, and tracking time spent on projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that the clock in the top-right is constantly flashing for you to clock in your time, and time-stamp everything. The idea is good, but the implementation this company chose to take is horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used Bitrix24 for a while on our team at work and it had some nice features like easy file sharing and communication amongst team members. It was relatively easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bitrix24 just wasn't right for us. We mainly used it for task management but the interface was a little clunky and just didn't work for our needs. We ended up switching to a much simpler solution, Asana, which works great for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Surprisingly it's kind of hard to find PM software that has clear and obvious ways of how to create a new task. In Bitrix24 that's pretty straight forward. The navigation list on the left is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Never been a huge fan of workgroups or separated work spaces. I see the benefit of using them to separate work, but I'm only going to use PM software in a work environment. I don't like having to constantly check different work spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's free, easy to use, can be accessed anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is stored on the cloud, and although this is convenient, there's no good way to export the data to a a private database for review/analysis.
Database has to be built one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
