1. Not keeping the initial structure/offer: for example, not keeping the features&benefits of "Old CRM",
2. then come with some Features&Benefits for Standard, then remove some Features&Ben from Standard(for example Task recurrence)
3. Lack of HRM platforms integrations(besides some filipine/vietnam based HRM there are not many...)
4. Missing basic features in Standard(like Clock In&Out)

Hello, I understand that you need other infrastructure and so, but, I think is also fair to do that WITHOUT affecting your “promise/legacy of value proposition”(features/benefits/Pricing) for the existing clients. I mean, your promise(legacy) to us(back in 2021), was like that : BUY NOW AND YOU’LL GET :
1. Offer : CRM+(with all the features and benefits) – bitrix24 PROMISING THAT “IT WILL BE FOREVER”
2. Payment : yearly with recurrent auto-payment, NO modifications. You even said at last increase that “for the recurrent clients the payment will be the same”. Bitrix24 PROMISED said that. Now you say that essentially we should pay more and get less(features and benefits that we need). Do you consider that breaking your promise as being fair for a client that has chosen bitrix24 FOR THE VERY ABOVE VALUE PROPOSITION AND LEGACY THAT “WILL BE LIKE THAT FOR EVER”??!! So, of course I understand your “development point”, but I think is fair to “not change the rules after the game begun”, there is no logic for us to pay more taking into account that we are not even using the existing resources(please see it bellow our usage). I hope that bitrix24 doesn’t want to be seen as “corporate 🤥”…Is about your business ethics. So, we (still)are keen to continue to be bitrix24 “yearly recurrent paying” customer, but please let us have the same conditions, both in terms of “features and benefits” and also price(660 USD/year – Just as bitrix 24 promised in 2021.
