What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Main thing I like about Bitrix is that you can use it manage multiple things including Lead Pipeline, Deals, Tasks & Projects inside one software.

Plus being able to connect multiple tools, so all of the client emails, calls etc. are automatically attached to the customer record (making it way easier to see the conversational history)

Also, you can have different automations set for each stage in the pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

It seems an overkill at first, but it mainly seems to be SMB CRM + Project Management + Sales Management Software (but you can't do full email automation based on lead stages in this one - for which you have to use other dedicated email marketing software) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am using Bitrix24 from long time and i like the project management and team collaborations tool with the help of it my team can collaborate and use built in chat, video call facility. we can also build website and landing pages and many more. its ease to implement and have best customer support. I like the easy interface and ease of use of Bitrix24. The dashboard offers great visibility, which is really helpful. It's a great tool for managing sales and also works well for account-based management. The initial setup was very easy and didn't require any code or hiring an agency. However, the following improvements are needed: displaying reports in the time tracking module, allowing time registration with location remotely, and fixing the issue where images sent via FB chat are delivered as links.
