Main thing I like about Bitrix is that you can use it manage multiple things including Lead Pipeline, Deals, Tasks & Projects inside one software.
Plus being able to connect multiple tools, so all of the client emails, calls etc. are automatically attached to the customer record (making it way easier to see the conversational history)
Also, you can have different automations set for each stage in the pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems an overkill at first, but it mainly seems to be SMB CRM + Project Management + Sales Management Software (but you can't do full email automation based on lead stages in this one - for which you have to use other dedicated email marketing software) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
