System can be hard to learn for sure at first but there are a lot of training videos out there to figure it out and the customer support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very restrictive to the normal user. Only the super admin has the ability to chnage some settings. Support is only available for the Super Admin and it's outsourced to third-party companies.
In our case the Managing Director is the Super Admin, so we as Users don't have any access to customize our workflow. So it's not convenient to bother the MD to ask for changing the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is integrated, from your chats to your telephony. Bitrix works well and its reminder features are fabulous. One of the easiest CRM's I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that you have to be on a certain package to get useful help articles or customer support.
The second thing is the messaging system, it goes to whatsapp yes, but it cant be used as a regular chat app, so for example I connect my whatsapp to Bitrix24. Its used more as a call center chat app, when after a certain amount of inactivity the chat closes automatically and the person gives you a rating. If you need to chat to that person again, you cant.
Lastly, the gmail connection feature does not work well. Everytime I connect my gmail, emails don't come through like they should, emails go "missing" yet if i go to gmail itself the email shows there.

Bitrix24 is a complete business automation tool. We are using it in all of our daily activities. It includes lead management, deal management, task management, project, scrum, sprint, automation and many more things. It is easy to implement it for all the departments like sales, marketing, software development, front office, back office, account, and management. It also comes with various external tools which helps to manage our routine task and automation easily. It is easy to use even for a people with basic knowledge. The biggest issue is the customer support from bitrix24. It is available on chat but they are not much accurate in answering the queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's great and easy to use and I like it because collaboration is the best way to increase productivity in a company. The technologies have greatly improved the process of tracking and controlling sales. There is an air of ease and comfort right from the start; the interface is intuitive and practical; you will like the help it provides and, of course, there are many advantages to using it to create a compelling sales management plan. As a small business owner, budget is always a concern. The fact that Bitrix24 offers a free plan with a surprising amount of functionality was a lifesaver in the early stages.
