Its interface is very easy to use as it is like our internal social network, which makes it dynamic and easy to work with. Files and documents are sent and uploaded quickly and video calls are perfectly audible and look very clear. The fact that it is in the cloud, makes our computer is not overloaded with information. It can sometimes feel a little heavy the program, perhaps it is a problem of the computer or misconfiguration when installing the software. Considero o Bitrix24 bastante completo, leve, em constante evolução, permite um nivel muito alto de integrações via API . Usamos a versão CLOUD + APP . Comparando a oferta de funcionalidades do Bitrix e o seu custo ... é uma decisão muito fácil . O servço de suporte funciona muito bem . Realço que usamos a versão Enterprise . 1. Not keeping the initial structure/offer: for example, not keeping the features&benefits of "Old CRM",
2. then come with some Features&Benefits for Standard, then remove some Features&Ben from Standard(for example Task recurrence)
3. Lack of HRM platforms integrations(besides some filipine/vietnam based HRM there are not many...)
4. Missing basic features in Standard(like Clock In&Out)

Hello, I understand that you need other infrastructure and so, but, I think is also fair to do that WITHOUT affecting your “promise/legacy of value proposition”(features/benefits/Pricing) for the existing clients. I mean, your promise(legacy) to us(back in 2021), was like that : BUY NOW AND YOU’LL GET :
1. Offer : CRM+(with all the features and benefits) – bitrix24 PROMISING THAT “IT WILL BE FOREVER”
2. Payment : yearly with recurrent auto-payment, NO modifications. You even said at last increase that “for the recurrent clients the payment will be the same”. Bitrix24 PROMISED said that. Now you say that essentially we should pay more and get less(features and benefits that we need). Do you consider that breaking your promise as being fair for a client that has chosen bitrix24 FOR THE VERY ABOVE VALUE PROPOSITION AND LEGACY THAT “WILL BE LIKE THAT FOR EVER”??!! So, of course I understand your “development point”, but I think is fair to “not change the rules after the game begun”, there is no logic for us to pay more taking into account that we are not even using the existing resources(please see it bellow our usage). I hope that bitrix24 doesn’t want to be seen as “corporate 🤥”…Is about your business ethics. So, we (still)are keen to continue to be bitrix24 “yearly recurrent paying” customer, but please let us have the same conditions, both in terms of “features and benefits” and also price(660 USD/year – Just as bitrix 24 promised in 2021. Its a really good platform for small business to use as an enterprise quality communications and collaboration tool without the costs and pains of such platforms as Jira, Confluence, and MS teams. I dont like that full features are not available for a Basic user when a company is up to 5 people and you need to upgrade to pay double for 100 headcount to get the added features as clock in, etc. I think they should give all features with a reasonable price based on size of staff. No sales support before buying any plan. I have doubts related their pricing but there is no way to get answer of sales enquries.. There are difference in pricing.
I am from india, when i visit website in the pricing page "Professional" Plan showing price Rs 9,990 INR (Approx $120 USD) but after login when i tried to upgrade trail account to "professional" plan it shows Rs 20,000 (Approx $249 USD). Both prices i mentioned when i select Monthly subscription. Its almost double..

Very restrictive to the normal user. Only the super admin has the ability to chnage some settings. Support is only available for the Super Admin and it's outsourced to third-party companies.
In our case the Managing Director is the Super Admin, so we as Users don't have any access to customize our workflow. So it's not convenient to bother the MD to ask for changing the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is integrated, from your chats to your telephony. Bitrix works well and its reminder features are fabulous. One of the easiest CRM's I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that you have to be on a certain package to get useful help articles or customer support.
The second thing is the messaging system, it goes to whatsapp yes, but it cant be used as a regular chat app, so for example I connect my whatsapp to Bitrix24. Its used more as a call center chat app, when after a certain amount of inactivity the chat closes automatically and the person gives you a rating. If you need to chat to that person again, you cant.
Lastly, the gmail connection feature does not work well. Everytime I connect my gmail, emails don't come through like they should, emails go "missing" yet if i go to gmail itself the email shows there.
