**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

The user interface is rather straightforward and standarized. Comes with all the functions I need and expect from a complete turn-key CRM solution. I started with the free version and then switched to the Basic plan. So far so good.  Haven't had the time to try the Wordpress integration but will be hoping to do so in the weeks to come.  

Overall It's a great tool if you want to run your business like the big fishes on the market!

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The mobile version needs a tad bit more refinement bc it kept crashing my on phone. Don't know maybe the fault it's on my end but everything else runs perfectly on my iphone 13.

Tracking leads and sales is now much easier with bitrix. At first I was hesitant to let go of my spreadsheets but in the long run it has paid off! lol

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Our company was looking for a solution to automate the transfer of leads from the Indiamart marketplace to the Bitrix24 CRM in order to get rid of manual transfer of applications. As a result, viasocket turned out to be the most suitable tool for our tasks.
Separately, I would like to note the work of the support service — at the start, the application for connecting to Bitrix24 did not work correctly, but experts quickly suggested an alternative option with direct connection via client_id. In the future, any issues were resolved very quickly, usually within an hour.
I was also pleased with the interface: if you have previously worked with Zapier or Make, it will be very easy to get used to it — the logic of scripts and steps is almost identical. It took only a few minutes to set up the integration we needed.
An additional advantage is the ability to make arbitrary requests to Bitrix24 via the API. Despite the lack of the necessary ready-made node, using the Custom API Request, it was possible to fully implement the necessary logic for transferring data from Indiamart.
We can recommend viasocket as a convenient and flexible no/low-code solution for configuring integrations between business applications.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I love that I can integrate Bitrix with my Google Calendar or my phone calendar, set up tasks, and access everything from anywhere. As a real estate agent, this CRM-specific use really stands out to me. Being able to load leads and create a sales path for each one is invaluable. The Bitrix team helped with the setup, and after that it was a breeze. I use this product daily to keep my sales channel full, and it makes my work as a real estate agent feel like a walk in the park.

The online platform tends to be a bit tedious to navigate and is slow, but the cellphone app makes up for it. For an estate agent, the app is really where it’s at.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Bitrix24 has tons of functionalities related to CRM, document management, communication, and also has a plethora of sales tools that facilitate the sales workflows in a big company like email marketing,sales funnels, automated workflows, etc. The user interface is straightforward, a bit outdated though. Performance is good, there is also integration with Zapier which translates into integration with almost anything. Pricing is a bit on the steep site, though if you are using all features, it is well worth it/ Support responds promptly, but not always efficient replies.

The user interface is a bit outdated with functionalities split across many screens. The learning curve for some options was a bit steep. For a small organisation the pricing model is not flexible enough.

Bitrix24 helps to streamline the sales funnel and improve coordination and communication between the marketing and sales teams in an organisation. It keeps a full record of communications - including automated ones - related to a customer, and his progress in the sales funnel.

That it is an all in one business platform, we are able to integrate with other platforms and update on features to specifically work best for us. The lay out is okay, it stores information well, such as files, calls, chats ect

It has alot of issues, functions not always working properly, due to to the complexity of the software. Trying to create updates are time consuming and usually always end with other functions breaking or it going down temporarily.

It’s easy to connect and get leads from WhatsApp and IG. I also like that I can work from either my PC or my phone, depending on what’s more convenient.

There are too many notifications, and they’re hard to keep track of. It’s also not clear what the differences are between projects, tasks, and boards, or how each one is meant to be used.

Project management and leads. Honestly, we weren’t able to set up the system the way we wanted, even though we hired a programmer and paid a lot of money. At this point, we’re planning to stop using Bitrix soon.

I don't have to keep track of my calendar; I get reminders for each task that is due, whether it's a client query or simple updates. I can integrate with BI tools for generating reports, and everything is seamlessly managed by the mobile app and desktop application. When I'm traveling or not near my personal computer, I can open the mobile app to check for updates from the tech team or my manager and reply directly through my phone.

Sometimes I don't get the mobile app notification, which leads to opening the application to check the notification, which consumes more time. Please check if there is a bug in Android sometimes in my S22+, I don't get notifications, which generally happens when there are 5 plus notifications.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I like Bitrix24's interface and its dynamic nature. I find the History option very useful as it allows me to see all the steps each person took, like who opened a deal, who made changes and when, and who deleted what. The administration page is also very useful, letting the admin decide which users can make changes and what rights each user has. The initial setup was quite easy because everything is user-friendly and there are a lot of tutorials on the internet.

Many actions can be done without a confirmation screen. Sales agents often delete deals or create wrong appointments 'by accident'.

I use Bitrix24 to track deals, calls, and appointments. It consolidates all sales activities into one system, allowing me to query the database and analyze data effectively.

Main thing I like about Bitrix is that you can use it manage multiple things including Lead Pipeline, Deals, Tasks & Projects inside one software.

Plus being able to connect multiple tools, so all of the client emails, calls etc. are automatically attached to the customer record (making it way easier to see the conversational history)

Also, you can have different automations set for each stage in the pipelines.

Playful User Environment, good with reminders and with tracking the progress of the Lead

Very restrictive to the normal user. Only the super admin has the ability to chnage some settings. Support is only available for the Super Admin and it's outsourced to third-party companies. 
In our case the Managing Director is the Super Admin, so we as Users don't have any access to customize our workflow. So it's not convenient to bother the MD to ask for changing the settings.

It helps me keep track of my Leads and set reminders for follow ups etc. It also syncs with your emails so email communication is tracked in the Customer's feed. But there's a lot of glitches that the emails from one client go to the account of a different client. It's very strange why that happens.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I consider Bitrix24 to be quite comprehensive, lightweight, and constantly evolving, allowing for a very high level of integrations via API. We use the CLOUD + APP version. Comparing the feature offerings of Bitrix and its cost... it is a very easy decision. The support service works very well. I emphasize that we use the Enterprise version. Bitrix is a tool of constant and easy use.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The implementation curve can be long, the understanding of all modules and some functionalities are not well localized for Portugal.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Budgets, Invoices, call center, Tasks, Projects... all in one tool

Integration CRM+Task Management+Chat+...in one single platform.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

1. Not keeping the initial structure/offer: for example, not keeping the features&benefits of "Old CRM", 
2. then come with some Features&Benefits for Standard, then remove some Features&Ben from Standard(for example Task recurrence)
3. Lack of HRM platforms integrations(besides some filipine/vietnam based HRM there are not many...)
4. Missing basic features in Standard(like Clock In&Out)

Hello,   I understand that you need other infrastructure and so, but, I think is also fair to do that WITHOUT affecting your “promise/legacy of value proposition”(features/benefits/Pricing) for the existing clients. I mean, your promise(legacy) to us(back in 2021), was like that : BUY NOW AND YOU’LL GET : 
1.	Offer : CRM+(with all the features and benefits) – bitrix24 PROMISING THAT “IT WILL BE FOREVER” 
2.	Payment : yearly with recurrent auto-payment, NO modifications. You even said at last increase that “for the recurrent clients the payment will be the same”. Bitrix24 PROMISED said that.   Now you say that essentially we should pay more and get less(features and benefits that we need). Do you consider that breaking your promise as being fair for a client that has chosen bitrix24 FOR THE VERY ABOVE VALUE PROPOSITION AND LEGACY THAT “WILL BE LIKE THAT FOR EVER”??!!   So, of course I understand your “development point”, but I think is fair to “not change the rules after the game begun”, there is no logic for us to pay more taking into account that we are not even using the existing resources(please see it bellow our usage). I hope that bitrix24 doesn’t want to be seen as “corporate 🤥”…Is about your business ethics.    So, we (still)are keen to continue to be bitrix24 “yearly recurrent paying” customer, but please let us have the same conditions, both in terms of “features and benefits” and also price(660 USD/year – Just as bitrix 24 promised in 2021.   Please, keep your promises!

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM and Proiect/Task Management(In Aug 2024 you "migrated Task Recurrence to Professional, this distroying our task architecture for recurrences) . Also Calendar used to work, until you "migrated" basic/existing features to Professional.
