Ease of use. BindHQ can be logged into from anywhere in the world. It did not take long for me to switch over from my previous management system to BindHQ. I like the search functions that track production as well as carrier information and carrier rankings within our organization. I would like to potentially see a better editing tool. Some old management systems I have used in the past allow you to drag over an entire document and then simply remove pages that aren't needed within the agency management system. The workaround we have right now is to use pdf annotator to remove and customize a pdf file before it is dragged over into BindHQ system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the user-friendly interface. The files can be organized, saved, and retrieved easily in BindHQ. I can perform the follow-up work for the claims and inspections smoothly.

I love the fast and specialized reports to review production. It saves us money, we’ve seen a decline in our overall overhead costs - we’re becoming more effective, which is good as the industry squeezes margins. I also really like the dashboard with visual representation of producer metrics. We’re a really data driven MGA, and BindHQ makes it increasingly easy to get the right data to us in a format that makes perfect sense - and to make quick decisions off the back of it.
