"BindHQ is simply amazing!"

What do you like best about BindHQ?

Ease of use. BindHQ can be logged into from anywhere in the world. It did not take long for me to switch over from my previous management system to BindHQ. I like the search functions that track production as well as carrier information and carrier rankings within our organization. There are also several helpful reports that can be ran within seconds that provide valuable analytical information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindHQ?

I would like to potentially see a better editing tool. Some old management systems I have used in the past allow you to drag over an entire document and then simply remove pages that aren't needed within the agency management system. The workaround we have right now is to use pdf annotator to remove and customize a pdf file before it is dragged over into BindHQ system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BindHQ:

I would recommend BindHQ which provides an easy to use platform. It can be customized to fit your business. The support staff is second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BindHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jason - we hear you on the PDF editing tool, and it's on our roadmap to improve that functionality in the coming months. As for the rate, quote, bind, issue, we're seeing more and more of our MGAs and wholesale customers start creating programs from their existing books of business - we're making that even easier by incorporating programs into our comparative rater so you can compare quotes against your binding markets.

What do you like best about BindHQ?

I like the user-friendly interface. The files can be organized, saved, and retrieved easily in BindHQ. I can perform the follow-up work for the claims and inspections smoothly.

BindHQ is willing to modify the claims edit form to fulfill our requirements for the claims data being populated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindHQ?

What do you like best about BindHQ?

What I've loved the most was when I searched the policy number, and it doesn't show there are many alternative ways to find what I am looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindHQ?

Sometimes in Endorsement Tab, it takes some time to reload and create an endorsement. There are some it doesn't allow you to make one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BindHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are some problems that I've encountered, especially in endorsements. Some are not issued upon the date created; you cannot issue them right away you need to change the invoice date before publishing it. What do you like best about BindHQ?

- The ability to quickly go from application to invoice

- The ability to quickly transfer multiple files via email

- The ability to provide an indication or quickly rate with several carriers instantly (comparative rater)

What do you dislike about BindHQ?

- We often quote GL with one carrier, property with another, and excess with another. Thus, we have to make three separate applications. A copy button would be helpful. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brandon - appreciate the review! You're not the first to raise the issue of merging quotes from different carriers into a single aggregate quote, and you'll be pleased to hear that's going to be released in the coming weeks. We're also prototyping a retail portal that will facilitate retail agents entering submissions directly into BindHQ, giving time back to underwriters like yourselves to underwrite and generate revenue rather than just manually re-key risk information time and again.

What do you like best about BindHQ?

How easy it is to get quotes issued and bound. The policy issuance features for some of our markets allowing me to get the policy's to my agent in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindHQ?

There's not a lot I dislike, just some minor annoyances like when I'm typing a return premium sometimes the - will erase and it will become a positive rather than a return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindHQ?

The terminology used is inaccurate. The flow of the GL and CP pages is average. The lack of email out functions is an issue. The Brokerage Manager is half-built. The lack of an efficient Renewal Process is absurd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BindHQ:

Review it thoroughly to ensure it does what you need it to do. I did not have an option as our prior AMS was no longer fully supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve. As a startup, critical and honest feedback is essential for the improvement of our product.

We are working on updating the terms and the flow of the pages used in our platform. The emailing functions are on our roadmap for next year, and our engineers are working on improving the Brokerage Manager. We understand the need for a better renewal process, and will be investing more time and resources to further optimize this process in 2022.

Pat, thanks for your review. We pride ourselves on our UI - Windows 95 type interfaces belong in the past - not 2021, but you can expect a whole bunch of improvements in the next few months.
