What do you like best about BillPay?

What I liked best about BillPay was the ease and speed of receiving the funds through there means of payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BillPay?

What I dislike about BillPay is the layout of its platform. It's very bleak , confusing and really could use a touch up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BillPay?

Instant transfer was the most useful but still failed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BillPay?

Worst possible experience getting paid on this platform, took days to finally get a payment in only for it to take 3 times as long as our current provider. Instant transfer conveniently did not apply for the type of receivables as well and customer service took days to get back to us only to not be able to help us and offer us a ‘free complimentary service’. What a joke. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
