You can customize start times. No need to punch start or finish. Makes it easy for those times you forget to punch. The gps works in all locations even remote with no cell service.
It is easy to review your day or month to see where you are at for miles.

Modus has been crucial in our organization for both direct and indirect sales enablement and sales content distribution. The system is lightweight, easy to use, and available offline for some of our sale team in remote areas. Our Sr. Success Manager Tony has been crucial in our implementation of best practices, analytics reporting, and overall usage. Moudus is a great application to help our sales team utilize marketing pieces digitally. This helps with following up to adivsors as soon as possible rather than them waiting for printed pieces to be sent to them. I found that the Bigtincan system is very flexible for our needs, which is to invite membership to companies offering appointment scheduling and booking software, and then to support members with ongoing comunications. The system helps both with selling and supporting members.
Specifically, Bigtincan allows us create multiple stories. This allows us to provide updated information about our (appointment scheduling) industry. In addition, and crucially, the solution allows us to view which content is being used. This is done via both a dashboard report and analytics report that we can download.
Personally, I like the ability to customize which content can be seen by different types of members. For example, we use seperate channels for North American versus European members.
We are also considering multiple language support for some of our content (the website already supports this). I understand that this is supported by Content Hub, but we have not yet implemented it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were initial challenges during the set up process. Specifically, we wanted emails to not come from a "noreply@" type email address, but rather from individuals within the organization, and also to use the mail server (Google Suite) to send the email. We were provided with a process so that the sharing option sent mail via our server, and also to show the email address of the sender as the "From" address.
This was mostly a cosmetic issue, but we also were concerned about deliverability of the email. We got support to provide the configuration in Google to set it up, and once it was configured, it worked well. As a final note, we asked members to give us feedback and to make sure they could open the links (rather than being blocked by firewalls). I think that some of the training offerings aren't useful for our team as our organization already uses an LMS. I also think the Media Manager can be quite buggy, sometimes preventing me from entering content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
