What do you like best about BigTime?

The support staff has been quite helpful so far. I am rolling this out to my employees tomorrow and everyone is excited to get started! It seems to be quite user friendly so far. I like the ability to restrict user access so the majority of employees can just log time and expenses without being bogged down with additional options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

One thing I'd like is to be able to restrict labor codes per client. Each client has a different level of staff needed so it would be better to be able to restrict entries on the front end to not have to move the labor codes around afterwards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

This will save a lot of time on time entries (and fixing errors). This will also speed up our invoicing workflow by a lot. Our previous system left users unable to easily see how much total time they had logged for any given week, which of course leads to a lot of errors and having to fix them later on. What do you like best about BigTime?

BigTime has helpful features that help monitor and ensure staff productivity. As a business owner it gives us flexibility with quick and easy access from any browser. This means we can use the software anytime, anywhere! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

While the efforts are well-intentioned, when updates are rolled out, they sometimes feel rushed and untested. As a result, we have had challenges with updates not working properly in different browsers. Once we navigate that path however, we have found the updates to be helpful. The integration with Quick Books is clunky and forced. Some information is entered into Quick Books first and in other instances it must be entered in BigTime first. This creates significant confusing and is leading to dissatisfaction with BigTime. Receiving support is piecemeal and we triage by dealing with one issue at a time. There is not adequate support to troubleshoot and it is time consuming. It is costing us money to try to resolve issues, which should not be the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has timekeeping and billing features which enables us to easily invoice consultancy fees for a variety of projects. This also enables us to see at a quick glance whether we are overworking projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigTime?

The best thing about Big Time is their Dedicated Team to help you through the process, no matter how hard or how long it takes to get the time keeping and invoicing exactly the way we want and need. I also really like the way the Big Time team works with each other to help their clients. We have been using Big Time for a couple of years now and won't even consider switching. As a small architectural firm, we struggled to find a time keeping and invoicing program to fit our needs. Their program is not too complicated or overly simplified. The new Big Time Wallet has made receiving payments much easier and faster. All this while maintaining competitive pricing and fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

I don't dislike anything about Big Time. The only thing that needed improvement was the report center but they have been making those improvements so all is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigTime?

You can customize everything according to the company's needs. Also, customer service helps you through Zoom calls, which is much better than just the chat. And the follow-up to the requests.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

Creating Reports is difficult because sometimes the information is not clear, or some columns have the same name, and bring different information. also, sometimes, the reports have calculations that don't match the information on the dashboards. Sometimes is not that easy to use. I would like to know better how bigtime does its calculations. I added a line in one invoice and then it adjusted amounts but the remaining budget per line got messed up and i didn't know how to fic it and the customer support team either. BigTime is used to track time for projects and is helpful when invoicing clients. Also, it is customizable per phase, so it helps to track project incurred costs.

What do you like best about BigTime?

We like how BigTime is better formatted for project management and integrates well with our QuickBooks platform. It has helped us automate processes that we used to do completely manually, spending countless hours. Now with BigTime, its done in minutes! The only downside we had was in transitioning all of our data into BigTime. Not that it was BigTime's fault but rather the downside to any large scale transition. Since BigTime is geared for better project insight and metric tracking there are many project level features that need to be properly mapped which was also just time consuming. What do you like best about BigTime?

I especially like that BigTime helps with resource management. Resources can be allocated and tracked against many different projects with no difficulty whatsoever. Balancing workloads is really made easier with having a great way to show who is busy and who is overloaded. I also like the tracking and communication within the platform can be managed, and everything tied to the project. What do you dislike about BigTime?

One of the major drawbacks for me with BigTime is that sometime certain features such as project management are not very flexible. We don`t have much flexibility in terms of that we can adjust some specific ways to work with those workflows. For example, sometimes I don’t quite fit into what appears to be a structure I’m being assigned to assign the tasks across teams. I also don¹t understand the lack of a notification system, I constantly receive too much alerts while IÅm focusing on some task hence I consider it annoying. What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most definitely, BigTime has streamlined our time management and project tracking. Since then, we no longer have to manually track billable hours and the project timeline feature is an essential part for us to be on track. Finally, the software has also helped us to forecast the project completion date and the overall budget. We have noticed increased productivity and most importantly, accountability as everything is clear to someone what is expected of him. What do you like best about BigTime?

Where to start? Pricing is high for business under 5 employees. Even though its advertised as so much a month you get charged more. The training progress is on your own. Customer service is poor at best. Unable to speak to a human. Issues will billing, invoicing takes weeks to get fixed. Terrible customer service. It takes days to weeks to get a question answered. What do you like best about BigTime?

We just implemented Big Time, which took a few months because of integrations with other software, importing of data from really old CCH project management software and designing some pretty specific reports. The implementation team was wonderful and easy to work with. The software is easy to work with. Billing and project tracking is wonderful. Built in AI reporting is amazing. What do you dislike about BigTime?

I would like more invoice customizations that I can make on the user-end, as opposed to having them code on the back end. But with the multitude of invoice styles, templates and types, it was pretty simple to get what we wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigTime?

BigTime offers some of the best one product package project management and time tracking features that do not require use of multiple tools. It’s worked very well for us as a way of tracking work hours as well as managing ongoing client invoicing. With the reporting capabilities, we also know how projects are moving along. BigTime’s user interface may be a bit overwhelming to use at first, but this is really one side of the stick. It’s got a lot to offer, but at times it can be confusing to navigate through them. Also, the integration helped, but it took more time that we expected when first setting it up.
