What do you like best about BestNotes?

I really liked the common sense navigation of this program. It was adjustable for the program I worked in and was super user friendly. I used multiple programs over the years depending on the agency, and this was by far my favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BestNotes?

I really liked the ability to consolidate all of the clients records in one place, easily accessible for my supervisor to see, and it made scheduling a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BestNotes?

Creating treatment plans and selecting issues seemed way more complicating than necessary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BestNotes solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling, note taking, treatment planning, supervision documentation. The benefits is that my supervisor can view these forms from anywhere and they are easily accessible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
