What do you like best about Snoball?

I've owned Solera Energy for a decade now. I have a bad taste in my mouth with 90% of all distributors, manufacturers, vendors, marketing companies, etc. in the solar industry. Those that have been in this industry for a while call it the solar coaster for a reason. Snoball is a shining star. Curtis has been the most attentive, professional, personable, point of contact I've ever dealt with. He's either a champion of a person or complete and total psychopath. I could care less actually. I'm 100% convinced that he cares more about our success just as much, if not more than his own and his actions back it up. What do you like best about Snoball?

I like that Snoball is easy to implement and is self managed. It doesn't require any of my time on a day to day basis. The platform is simple to use and easy to refernce at any point. The team at Snoball is dedicated to making sure the implementation and onboarding is quick and easy. (You can tell they have mastered that process). Hmmm. Not much, this is a hard one. The staff is always taking any feedback and working to make it the best platform on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Snoball?

Snoball delivers leads via API to our CRM. My COA for Snoball has been around $2,300 for the past couple of years, which is pretty good for the solar industry. API gets disconnected every once in a while, but overall good experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Snoball?

Whenever they paired with Modernize to offer better leads, or whatever the promise was, the hand off to my new rep was brutal. Took weeks to get me connected to someone and still struggling a little bit to know who to speak with. Overall they're getting things done, but the dashboard needs help and customer service is just a tad above average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Snoball solving and how is that benefiting you?

We mainly use Snoball for lead generation. I don't really care for their online reputation tools (getting reviews, etc.). There are too many dashbaord to keep up with these days, so getting more reviews on this platform is not a priority. What do you like best about Snoball?

In any sales organization, the top priority for any sales team should always be focussing on revenue generating activities. Unfortunately, sometimes salespeople get so bogged down looking for new business or following up with recent appointments that they completely forget/don't make the time to ask for referrals. Snoball allows for that process to be completely automated. It raises the waterlevel for the ENTIRE organization raising the referrals for top performers/low performers alike. Snoball solves the problems of salespeople not actively asking for reviews/referrals. This should be standard practice but unfortunately it is often one of the first things to be overlooked. What do you like best about Snoball?

Snowball is very consumer friendly and the intergrtation process has been a piece of cake with no problems since we've started. Snowball built our referall program based on our needs and what we were capabale of doing at the time. They have so many other great tools we have implemented everyday to grow our business and are always letting us know new features we can access. Anytime we have any questions or concerns they have always been ther to help. Snowball truly has been one of the best business partners we have gained this past year! Snowball has solved our problem in generating leads with our customers, it can be a lot for our sales represenatives to check in on all their customers for referalls but the automated texts have helped so much! We also didnt have a large platform for our customer advocacy other then Google and sales represenatives really wanted real customer reviews. Snowballs review platform helped us generate reveiws and allow future customers to hear from real homewowners who made the switch to Solar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
