What do you like best about BenchmarkONE?
I like that that it is intuitive. The links to each of the pages and dropdown menus make sense. I recently looked at another CRM system"Infusionsoft" and it was both difficult to use and extremely expensive. Hatchbuck provides hands-on customer service manager and she was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to ensure that understood how to use the servic and what to do next. I would love to see them integrated with other softwares so that I don't have to change systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about BenchmarkONE?
There isn't much that I dislike about Hatchbuck. I think I would say just start crating APIs so that it can be integrated with E-commerce and paypal. Also I don't like that I have to pay an additional user fee for my Assistant to put in the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
