I can export my emails in HTML and then create automations for almost anything using Google Script or other tools! Bee Free is so easy to use that I have been able to onboard colleagues in my team in just one day. I also love how easy it is to save our desiggns and just create copies of our company templates whenever I need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to have more users included in the basic plan. So far only 2 persons in my team use it because if not the price increases to much. I would also love to be able to send emails directly from Befree. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They recently removed a content type that allowed you to have multiple different font sizes and colours and type styles in the same content block. The options for displaying text are now significantly limited from what they were previously. I've raised this with support but no change. Ease of use and implementation. I'm not some wizard at coding, but you'd swear I am by the way our newsletters appear. They've made our process of creating our weekly newsletter immensely easier, and customer support is the cherry on top. They're both responsive and helpful. I use this tool nearly every day. It's not a dealbreaker, but it happens at least once a week: Seeing the error "Houston, we have a problem" and having to wait to be able to save your progress is my biggest gripe.
If my biggest gripe is having to wait 10-15 seconds for it to fix itself though... that's not much to complain about :-)

Saving rows (headers, footers, content layouts) make this product the best email builder we have come across. The ability to export the HTML makes it so quick and and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish the content layouts gave a bit more flexibility, such as toggling text to display in all caps, tracking, etc. Wish you could center content vertically in a row also. Settings change from time to time, such as saving and exiting (buttons switched, so we often hit the wrong one out of habit). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the features - I am using Beefree since day 1 of my business. It's been almost four years and we are using product day and night to bring our emails to life. I have seen the evolution of features whether it is making our life easy for outlook or new features around mobile responsiveness. The way product has evolved across the year its amazing. Beefree makes creating email templates easy! We use a large system for all of our communications but the internal email client is not user friendly. Beefree allows us to create emails quickly, copy the code into our email client and go on about our day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unlike many platforms we've tried. Beefree can handle long-form digest and blog style emails. We love that there are a number of different ways to push to our sending platform. We find pushing images to Amazon greatly helps the loading speed of our emails. Lastly, we find the quality of support to be well above the likes of Mailchimp, Constant Contact and other platforms we've used in the past. So far, it's been outstanding. The interface can become slow and buggy -- thankfully, this happens only occasionally and seems to be related to general interweb issues. Also, we sometimes get "canned" support responses that are essentially useless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
