I love that Stripo redesigned its editor to be more intuitive and performant. It’s a purpose-built tool focused on building emails that look good across email clients, and it manages to be both feature-rich and user-friendly. I also appreciate the small, detailed refinements available for mobile—so I can set one padding or margin value for desktop and a different one for mobile.

It integrates quickly and easily with MailChimp and Constant Contact, which is super helpful. The saveable modules you can drag and drop onto the page are a game changer too; they speed up our workflow and help keep everything looking consistent. Overall, we love Stripo because it offers the best email builder on the market and feels much more robust than what the email service providers offer. Stripo.email makes it very easy to create professional, responsive email templates without needing advanced coding skills. What we value most is that multiple teams use the templates we build for them, and the platform allows us to maintain consistency across the organization. The ability to save sections as reusable modules is especially powerful. We can create approved headers, footers, campaign blocks, or branded content sections once, and other teams can simply drag and drop them into their emails. This keeps branding consistent while giving teams flexibility and independence. The drag-and-drop editor and access to HTML when needed also give us the right balance between simplicity and control. One challenge we’ve experienced is that the Outlook export is not always fully responsive, which requires additional adjustments on our side. In some cases, even when we add responsive code manually, parts of the HTML can be modified or overwritten by Stripo during export. For example, when adding custom hyperlinks directly in the HTML, the output does not always behave exactly as originally coded. With other services, it sometimes happened that features created in email editors did not function or functioned incorrectly when you exported them to the mailing service. If you integrate Stripo and Yespo, you can forget about this problem altogether. These two services have everything you need to ensure that your subscribers see your message exactly as you intended. I've mentioned tools and functionalities to optimize relationships with our audience. A bit more detailed, I mean wide range of designer opportunities to make email campaigns look really attractive. What deserves to be noticed in particular, is their AI assistant helping build branded messages in minutes, using samples from client's website. Another great solutions is hyperpersonalisation based on clients personas. Since we deal with Stripo, we returned to the practice of emailings based on customers' personas (the practice that was almost abandoned before). And I can say it works! Combined with AI-based tools, it boosts the overall efficiency by more humanized atmosphere of campaigns. I don't even 100% know how does it work but with this practice applied, messages really look more genuine, friendly, and I cannot even believe they are mostly generated by AI. And, for sure, Stripo.email has a significant positive difference from another similar services I used before. A well-planned, with attention to details and users wishes, system of teamwork. No more need to wait for hours, no more misunderstanding between colleagues. Everything is made in real-time mode, so everyone sees the same when working on current project. I find Stripo.email's email builder much easier for our staff and seasonal vendors to use compared to the native Pardot/MCAE email builder. Its HTML exports to Salesforce work nearly flawlessly, eliminating the need for adjustments once they land in Salesforce for scheduling. As a growing nonprofit, I appreciate the flexibility and affordability Stripo.email brings to our organization. We look forward to utilizing Stripo.email more over time because it fits our needs well and ensures smooth operations. The ease of initial setup once I became familiar with it is also a strong advantage. The ability to experiment with new layouts and templates while maintaining our normal Salesforce templates for regular events and newsletters throughout the year is incredibly beneficial for our yearly campaigns. I think Stripo.email might benefit from offering more templates to nonprofits. While it's great to have the current selection, we'd appreciate more variety, especially templates with minimalistic styles that are tailored specifically for nonprofits. Having templates that feature elements like volunteer spotlights, upcoming events, appreciation messages, and donation options would align better with our organization's needs. What our organization loves about Stripo, is the ability to extract emails using HTML coding. Many of our platforms allow the ease of HTML coding being copied and pasted to deliver creative communication emails to our members.
