What do you like best about bayreviews?

We had BAY Crawl Space and Foundation Repair do a partial encapsulation of our crawl space. We were impressed with their attention to detail and sticking to the proposed schedule. Communication, including daily planned efforts and periodic updates, was excellent. The crew was friendly and did an outstanding job of cleaning up. What do you like best about bayreviews?

It is incredibly simple to set up the reviews, and they integrate well with the website and look like they belong there. It also shows the viewer that the review was left by a confirmed business, eliminating any worry that they are viewing a bot review. On top of the review program itself, the customer support is by far the best I've ever experienced. The bayreview team always responds to any concerns I have within a few hours with a solution, and if it's a complex issue, they schedule a call to go through the solution side by side with you! What do you dislike about bayreviews?

Still a little buggy with how new the program is, but thats to be expected. Not really a concern though with how good they are about their customer support, I've yet to have an issue come up that wasn't fixed within a day or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about bayreviews?

It's very easy to set up and the reviews look really nice on the website. People can clearly see that reviews come from verified buyers which makes the reviews even more powerful. The customer service team is extremely reactive and answers questions within 24 hours. They always try to find a good solution to any request we might have. I feel they are real partners to my business versus just another random vendor.

The other thing is that Bay reviews is very simple to use. When we receive reviews, we can respond to customers very quickly and publish the review (or not) based on internal criteria we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about bayreviews?

The main thing, and I have not checked if Bay reviews competition offers this, is that I wish we had the option to sort the reviews as we wish. right now, we can only sort by age of the review and the latest reviews are not always the ones that we would like to show first to increase our conversion.

The other thing is that if a product doesn't have a review, we can only either show 0/5 with no reviews (which is not great when not having reviews because the product is very new), or we can remove this altogether to not show anything. But in this case, the system will not ask for this product to be reviewed after a customer buys it and this product and will never have reviews if I understood coorectly. What do you like best about bayreviews?

I use Shift4Shop e-commerce software. Integration with Bay Reviews was easy and seamless for me, Bay Reviews handled the details. Acquisition of reviews and posting with products is essential. What do you like best about bayreviews?

- We are using reviews, welcome/abandon cart popups, abandoned cart emails and retargeting ads. We are adding SMS marketing as well. The functionality we're getting for the price is phenomenal and MUCH lower than the big names like Yotpo.

- It works! We've gathered a healthy number of reviews, the retargeting ads get 12x ROAS, and the abandoned cart popups/emails have recovered significant revenue. I am very excited about the new SMS marketing feature, since SMS gets vastly higher open rates than email.

- Direct, responsive, personal service. This is not some huge corporation where you have to go through outsourced "technical support" reps who are reading from a script. Beyond email support, I've had video calls with the team.

- They set up everything and manage the ads. All we have to do is publish & respond to reviews and measure results each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about bayreviews?

- The reporting in the UI is a bit confusing and sometimes inconsistent. I have to spend a fair amount of time each month to create my own dashboard of performance. But I can also measure results through other means, for example orders using the abandoned cart coupon in WooCommerce, and it's clear that I'm getting results.

- We have a solid number of reviews for our most popular products, but the yellow stars are still not showing up on our Google Shopping ads. This has been an ongoing issue for many months, and is the one area where communication with the support team has been lacking and frustrating. To be fair, our products do not have GTINs, and in any case whether stars get displayed is at Google's discretion, but again this is the one area where I haven't gotten clear answers or proactive help.

- There is no online help center or training on how to use the UI, other than them walking you through it. But again, they are willing to get on video/screen share calls with me when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy target bay is to use. I like the support target bay offers. They are available to help if I have any issues, questions or concerns. Their app is a one-stop shop for marketing.
