I've yet to find a downside to Barracuda MSP. Unlike so many others, they don't waste my time with things I don't need. I find that product names are changing and evolving frequently. It can be challenging to keep up with the change and find the tool you are looking for. The fact that it is agentless has some pros and cons as well. I would prefer to have an agent installed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
