The best feature of the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is the fast and easy to use interface. The service quickly performs restores. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. The search feature is very helpful for single file / email restores. We like that it integrates with Azure authentication, making it easier for my admins to securely authenticate with MFA. Setup was very easy, we had it connected to our Azure portal in under 30 minutes. Customer support is friendly and helpful. The only dislike is with the licensing. Cloud to Cloud Backup and Message Archiver are now separate licenses. When you purchase the Appliance they both come included. The number of features and seamless integration was a key aspect to us switching to Cloud to Cloud Backup for our Backups. It easily connected to all our Microsoft software. I get a daily report about the status of the backups which keeps me at ease. We have needed to go back to find a document in the backups multiple times and it has always been easy to search through the backups and obtain the specific folder or documents. Barracuda's Cloud-to-Cloud backup is incredibly efficient and user-friendly. The setup process is straightforward, and the interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage backups and restores. While the overall performance is impressive, there are a few areas that could be improved. The log retention period is limited to 60 days, which can be restrictive for organizations that need longer retention for compliance purposes. Additionally, the user count limitations and associated costs for exceeding the user threshold can be a bit frustrating but my company is paying for it so I will yield. Not much I can say. The interface always takes me a few minutes to re-adjust and remember how to find and complete a backup but normally doesn't take me longer than 10-15 minutes to find what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is always quick to respond, easy and friendly to work with. If there is something you can't find in the documentation or are having trouble with, they can answer your questions and help get it taken care of. I also really like the digest reports are customizable and can allow users subject only view of blocked/quarantined messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is difficult to understand the priority or order of operations on different rulesets. It could be more beginner friendly in terms of where certain settings are buried or searchable for specific settings. The product seems geared towards Office 365 users so if you are not on Office 365 your use case may be slightly more limited. If you don't wait several seconds for the page to fully load it will wipe out your search but there is no way to time this loading (no progress bar and it doesn't stop you from typing) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy that the interface is easy to use, and that the product does what it is supposed to do which is backup our cvloud based hosted O365 emailboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Barracuda Cloud to Cloud Backup is extremely easy to use and depoy. I use it in conjunction with our M365 tenant. The customer support during the implementation process was amazing. I have only had to go use it once or twice to actually recover files for users but it was simple and quick to find what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it had an eDiscovery module that i could subscribe to. Seeing how it already backs up outlook and they offer an email defense gateway I am going to keep my fingers crossed that this is on their product roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have really anything abou the product that I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's nice not to get a lot of NSFW emails coming through. The thing I like most about using Barracuda Email Protection is that when my email server goes down, it queues up email we've received and can do so for 72 hours. The other thing I really like is that I can re-release emails if something happened during the transmission from Barracuda to our on-prem email server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every once in a while we go through a period of getting a ton of spam emails until the system catches up with their scanning. In those times I have to spend a lot of time marking things as incorrectly delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
