One of my favorite features is the benchmarks, we can see how we stack up compared to companies that have an MRR range similar to ours, which can boost your morale big time. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't do constant live updates. There is a stream that seems pretty consistently updated, however, it can take a few hours for your MRR to update. Setup with Stripe is effortless, and you don't have to do anything to get great charts that show you all the essential SaaS metrics that help you understand what's going on. We use it to track sign ups, churned users, and metrics such as LTV, MRR, ASP, LTV. I like the user interface and the fact that many of the key metrics are accessible so quickly in the product with minimal setup. It is really honed in on the financial health of our SaaS product and integrates well with the accounting software we use, xero.com (it works with QB as well). It's a great product to make sense of revenue, profit, churn and more (ARR, MRR, MRR Growth, ARPU, LTV, much much more) at a glance.
