Would like to see the Pro number have a larger impact on data gathering, instead of BOL number. The BOL/PO numbers can be duplicated by clients and sometimes it creates issues on the FBM/Reverse side.

Their proficiently trained personnel consistently offer prompt assistance and support. Utilizing their software has significantly enhanced our operational efficiency, enabling us to seamlessly rate, track, and invoice each less than truckload (LTL) shipment. We were able to integrate this with our current system, automating our logistics process and taking out the tedious tasks of copying and pasting all of the data from our current system. We went from having 4 people processing shipments all day every day to one person spending an hour a day on the shipping process, freeing up our time to do many other things within our company. The ability to do qucik searches. However - as long as I have some basic criteria - the serach does not take me long to find what I may be looking for (a quote number). I would like to perahsp look at how the quote ID can be provided back to my system when booking an LTL provider - so that if a disupute come over on an invoice - and there is no WNI - the quote ID can be used as a referance in the dispute. The Banyan Conference was an immersive experience that allowed me to network with industry experts and peers alike. I also enjoyed the breakout sessions, particulary the Carbon Emmision and the US - Mexico shipping sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
