What do you like best about Bandwidth Maestro?

The software's algorithm is excellent. It can easily collaborate with our's websites and applications. Besides, it can smoothly reach the customer by creating a positive impression. It has a schedule options which helps us to send the messages in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bandwidth Maestro?

It has insuffcient options to facillate the 'SMS gateway' service perfectly. It need to integrate more features as a SMS API. The software price is quite unreasonbly high and SMS size has words limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bandwidth Maestro?

I like that the format is very similar to text or SMS messaging, which is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bandwidth Maestro?

The only thing that has gone wrong for me is messaging the wrong person, as all of the chats look similar. I would count that as a user error, however! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bandwidth Maestro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have had to restart the chats once in a while; however, for the most part, everything runs smoothly. I have realized that using this platform is much easier than email messaging back and forth back and forth. I can just pull it up and send a quick message without disrupting an email box.
