The feeling that you are in this together with them. For instance, we had to integrate an existing software with Sage Intacct during our Intacct implementation and our implementation manager met with us and that software team. The process was very smooth and they even helped me discover and work out some issues with my general Sage Intacct install that needed to be resolved before this project could move forward.
