What problems is Axya solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team used to waste too much time on low-value tasks such as supplier follow-up, copy-pasting information into Excel spreadsheets, and trying to find suppliers that fit our needs.
Now, those tasks are fully automated, allowing the team to focus on added-value tasks. For example, visiting suppliers and reviewing KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
Also, we had frequent late POs because we did not have the time to do follow-ups with the suppliers. This could lead to expedited fees and production delays.
Now we almost have no late PO. In the rare case where it happens, we are informed ahead of time. This minimizes the impact on our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
