The platform is not user friendly. The initial rollout and implementation was difficult and finding any support was hard. There were a lot of emails received from them telling us what was missing, however trying to fill the requests or get support in understanding what the request was, did not go well. Initially I used it non-stop while supplying information, which at times was irrelevant to the work we were doing. Now I use it a couple times monthly to respond to their continued requests.
