Enhanced Visibility of the network. I like that Auvik pulls configs from my switches and Firewalls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like it if Auvik could do a better job on detecting network issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting the collector up and running on your network is super quick and easy, and gives you a quick picture of your network. Once it is up and running you get a great overview of whats happening on your network, and automatic map generation is fantastic.
Auvik has the ability to backup your devices, provided syslog and alerts in one packages, often you need seperates prodcuts to do all tese functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since this is first and foremost a network monitoring tool it is limted in monitoring server resources.
Also once you get into a couple hundred devices pricing get high, and is comparable in costs to competitors at that point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are heavily invested in a single vendor platform such as Ubiquiti Unifi or UISP. The ability to get detailed stats avaliable from the product might not be shown in Auvik.
Certain Unifi products are not supported by Auvik. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use and initutive interface made discovering devices and managing them a breeze. Contacted customer support one time for a question on the collector, and the rep was quick and able to answer my question quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would prefer if we could delete devices entirely and force them to no rediscover. You can unmanage devices, but they'll still show as discovered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personal touch & support in getting the account configured & setup. Always willing to assist & offer advice.
The go to platform for identifying possible issues on our WAN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, have been pleased with the continous improvements/features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Auvik is easy to get started with and implement. It does have a lot of nice features as well, the remote management feature allows quick access to the console of your network devices with the convenience of a web based service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The map can be cumbersome in some instances, the network traffic noise can be a bit much for some networks with skinny links, but there are some ways to quiet it down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best parts about Auvik is how seamless the experience of the entire platform feels. The collector setup was smooth and error-free. Once deployed, my devices began showing up right away on the Dashboard! From nothing to Dashboard was a mere 15 minutes. Once I enabled SNMP on my devices, those too showed up within minutes. The Dashboard is very intuitive and functional as well. All in all, a very painless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Probably the only thing that peeved me was the network diagram on the Dashboard. While useful, it wasn't generating right for me. It's probably my network configuration, but the graph takes up way too much space on the Dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Out of the box, it's quick and easy to get it set up and get started, and you can drill down and focus on problem areas or add deeper performance monitoring. Year after year, they continue to expand and improve the value and capability of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm only disappointed that I didn't find and adopt it sooner than I did. We went through many other monitoring solutions, and the pricing was either complicated or nickeled and dimed us at every turn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
