I like how everything is in a single place, having alerts, inventory and being able to manage it all in a single place is the key reason why we use Auvik. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial learning curve of Auvik I would say is quite high, it doesnt really help you to find information easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Auvik gives you great insight to your network, and makes the process of setting up everything very easy. It is also compatible with a very wide range of equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing is a little steep, especially if you're already paying for device licensing from your network vendor. That can result in some redundant features as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Almost no manual setup. Auvik provides multiple ways to set up their collector, on various platforms such as Windows, docker, or a VM. Once set up, it automatically finds the devices on the network and just works. For example, it instantly detected that one of our printers was out of toner after installing the collector. Auvik also provides integration with specific devices/software such as pfSense and FortiOS. Overall, it offers a wide range of features and is easy to setup and use. Quite expensive, pricing is based on the number of billable devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whether it's Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or any other vendor, Auvik seamlessly integrates with a wide range of network devices, ensuring compatibility regardless of the underlying infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it takes too much time to get the device added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to use requring some basic snmp credentials and ssh keys to easily integrate into existing enviroments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing model is a bit high being per network element making things like managed switches raise the price compared to unmanaged ones even if the features aren't used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Have everything at one place. Able to see all network elements. Alerts are very usefull. Types of alerts is also a good part. I like auvik overall. Thank you ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The maps are not clear enough .Instead of the map I personally perfer list. Also the view is not user friendly. To much crowded and if that got improved all set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the automatic network map and the alerts it picks up that other tools miss such as reported duplex mismatch and unneeded trunk ports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Auvik is everything you need in a network tool, however it also supports servers and hypervisors. I dislike that detailed visibility of these devices aren't so upfront when selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The key use for us is to provide a monitoring system that is relatively easy to onboard and navigate, key features for us are the device dashboard that provides a great breakdown and the Alerts notification channels integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Map view can be a little clunky at times when dealing with a large scale of devices in various sites being quite slow to navigate, and can be unclear when we have a large amount of devices populated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The visibility it provides is great. I was getting alerts with printer out of paper, server down and up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing for now. I will have to use more to find some issues but so far it looks very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
