I like the interface and the Map to help diagnose our networks. IT labels what the endpoints are and types. lists the serial number and IP address. Home dashboard is well laid out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love if the network map could be exported with node information displayed. currently, it just has a pdf format that shrinks and compresses the network map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Auvik is very easy to set up, and it takes very little effort to configure. Auvik bridges the gap with our RMM solution to better monitor our network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Auvik can be a little chatty during the network discovery process, and we have seen it cause high bandwidth utilization. This is a rare occurrence though. If your network discovery settings are correctly configured it will work fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The config backup feature, 2 factor authentication, MSP features, dynamic topology mapping, VLAN, VPN, MPLS tunnel visualization. What's not to love? It saves me hours of work weekly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user picker is miserable. As we add clients who are able to access this awesome software, it becomes *exponentially* more difficult to ensure that we aren't cross-contaminating accounts between clients, which would/could be disastrous. Auvik is exceptionally informative. It provides descriptions of each network error and reports them immediately. It informs me when the errors are corrected. It does an excellent job monitoring our network. I don't need to constantly check on the equipment because Auvik does it for me, which permits me to spend time on my other job duties that I have in addition to IT. Auvik is very customizable, which allows it to meet all my company's IT needs. Customer Service is excellent. They always respond promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As it is somewhat a newer product (which is not a drawback), it has lesser documentation available, the customer service is great
Also, the available documentation can not be exported which is again an issue, I have to keep a tab open to refer to it.
