Auvik provides real-time updates giving my team a chance to act preemptively, ultimately saving us from unnecessary downtime or data loss. Having used a similar service in the past, I find Auvik a lot less intrusive regarding hardware resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The amount of data and warnings received initially was quite hard to manage. Also, understanding fees was not that easy. Not understanding them and how to manage them caused unnecessary charges. The incorrect identification of hardware also caused unnecessary costs that had to be refunded to me after each billing period. It took Auvik a year to fix this issue. I am a huge fan of the granular switching detail. Being able to easily reference what device is plugged in to what switch and the interconnections is huge in helping to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
