What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?

I am the administrator of the car program at my company and every person I've worked with at AutoReimbursement.com has been absolutely wonderful. The initial setup in the program has many steps and they walked me through each step of the way to make it seem effortless. Once we were up and running, the communication continued to be outstanding. Each person has a can-do attitude, they assist and guide me on anything needed and I truly can't say enough about their customer service from all areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoReimbursement.com?

The only issue I've received from some of our drivers that do manual entry is the system will time out if they step away from the computer for a few minutes. They need to hit save often, or the miles they've entered may not "take" and they have to enter them again. For me personally as the administrator of the program, I can't think of anything I dislike. What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?

We’ve had an outstanding experience with AutoReimbursement.com (ARC). Their high-level approach to providing information, paired with their unique calculations and methodologies, sets them apart from others in the space. The user end is extremely simple and efficient for our team—it only requires a monthly upload to maintain, which saves time and effort. Additionally, ARC was able to seamlessly integrate with our Single Sign-On (SSO) system, making the experience even smoother for our users.

The onboarding process was smooth, and their team is always readily available to answer questions or resolve issues quickly. We were especially impressed by their responsiveness and collaborative spirit—they worked closely with us to tailor programs to meet the unique needs of our population. What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?

While it is obviously a technology company, it really is the people that you deal with that separates autoreimbursement.com from your average cloud-based entity. They are responsive and incredibly personable whenever questions arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoReimbursement.com?

There really hasn't been a situation where I have been frustrated or displeased, but, if I had to choose one, I would possibly include an administrative override that allowed for me to upload driver reports after the initial cut-off period but before the actual final pull of data. What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?

What do you dislike about AutoReimbursement.com?

ARC is a small company compared to some of their peers. My main concern is that a key member of the team could leave and take time to replace. Also, as a small company they may be an acquisition target. I am hoping ARC is able to provide a mileage tracking app in the future that can provide the ability to better track trips by street address and provide red flag reports for trips that seem suspicious (i.e. travel on weekends or holidays). What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?

ARC is a great organization. In fact, they are our most reliable vendor. Switching to a FAVR plan in lieu of company cars has been a signifiacnt improvement to our organization. We mitigated the risks associated with numerous company-owned vehicles being used on personal business. What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?

I help administer my company's allowance program. Getting a monthly reimbursement quote for a new driver, setting up a new driver, and really any change that needs to be made is quick and easy. A lot of things I can do myself, which I love, but when I do interact with the AutoReimbursement.com (ARC) staff they are very knowledgeable and responsive. What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?

The experienced team at AutoReimbursement.com provide all the resourses, training, support and service needed to keep my FAVR program running flawlessly year over year. It's easy to add a new driver, remove a driver, pull monthly statements or use their online system to look up anything I need. Drivers find their technology easy to use and enjoy reading the easy statements and have one place to go to if they have any questions about the program, thier rates, or to update their information. It really could not be easier. And the staff are always very helpful and quick to respond to any email or request. We conducted an indepth annual review of alldrivers for mileage bands, driving history, fixed and variable rates and they are able to talk though the reasons for any changes and how the industry or insurance changes have an impact. Providing this information to our drivers on an annual basis helps them know they are fairly reimbursed. What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?

Jim and the team at AutoReimbursement.com (ARC) have been super professional and supportive during the ~6 years that we've been using them. Prior to going on FAVR, we had a mix of Car Allowances and company vehicles we managed. Now we have ~60+ drivers with ARC and have a very well oiled machine when it comes to Auto Reimbursements for our employees.

There was plenty of communication and training during the onboarding process and the implementation of moving drivers to FAVR was all but perfect.

ARC annual pricing is in-line with industry standards, the interface is very easy to use and they are extremely responsive for any question/issue that may arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoReimbursement.com?

Each year the process of updating the "baseline" vehicle and model year is a bit of a task that is fairly dependent on ARC running different scenarios. Being able to automate this or turn it into a self-service could help streamline the process. This is a very minor issue as I can't think of anything else I dislike. What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?

When we switched over to AutoReimbursenment.com, we questioned if it was too good to be true, but made the move as our incumbent was not the best partner. This was the easiest, most transparent and well thought out transition. Their team insured implementation, training and adpotion went super smooth, they are experts of FAVR program, their technology is far more comprehensive and user friendly, and their customer service is impecable.
