My favorite part of Attribution is the ability to get comprehensive detailed view of traffic, and easily customize views and drill down into traffic sources and campaigns. It was easy to integrate with Segment to get our data imported. Setting up custom rules to isolate particular traffic sources is great. And easily switching between different attribution models to better understand contribution to revenue.
Depending on your data inputs, it may take a bit of setup to get revenue data correctly set up. Attribution offered consistent support throughout onboarding to help us get our data streams and filters set up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Attribution was easy to set up, and gave immediate insights onto our marketing and sales metrics. Compared to other solutions and consulting services, i was the eaisest to set up while providing the flexibility needed. Team was great to work with and supportive during onboarding also! Our experience with Attribution has been great so far. Their support team has been quick to reply and helpful in all of our interactions. We've been using their product to tackle our attribution challenges, fine-tuning our data to gather valuable insights, and using our marketing budget wisely. I've worked with every analytics tool out there and Attribution is the only tool that can actually do multi-touch attribution.
* Easy to integrate with DP, ad platforms, warehouse, rETL, etc.
* Ad spend automatically imported down to the lowest level of granularity
* Highly customizeable dashboard to lay out marketing channels that align with how you view your business
* Evaluate ad spend based on lookback window AND forward looking. The main dashboard can answer both questions:
* "In Q2, I had X conversions and $Y revenue. How much did I spend to get these results? Which channels/ads were most effective?"
* "In Q2, I spent $X on ads. How many conversions and revenue did that yield? Which channels/ads were most effective"
* Other tools may be able to attribute simple ecommerce, where a visitor clicks on an ad, visits the site, and makes a one-time purchase. But only Attribution has settings to account for free trials, SAAS, etc. where customers come to the site directly before making a purchase.

Their documentation is lacking and should be updated. Fortunately, you can reach out to their team and speak directly with a specialist who will readily give a demo and personalized help for your business. Like many marketers, I was told that GA4 would solve my attribution problems. Not so, hence the need for a standalone solution like Attribution App. I use Attribution every day and what I love about it is that it integrates directly with all the major Ad platforms, Segment, and importantly for us, Stripe. One of the primary questions I wanted answers to was, "Where is my organic traffic coming from and how much revenue does each URL or user pathway generate?" Easy to answer with Attribution - impossible to answer with GA4. Additionally, David, the CEO, and his team at Attribution (including Cameron) helped us work directly with our AE at Segment to get the best possible plan for our implementation needs. Once Attribution helped us with this, Cameron did a fantastic job of onboarding us and training me on how to set up Dashboards and reports in Attribution. It's clear that the team at Attribution is actively working on and improving their product. That being said, I have no major dislike or gripe with their product or platform. It helps me get answers to my top-of-funnel conversion rate and revenue questions. The only negatives I've experienced are that dashboards and data sometimes take a while to load. Having the ability to get name based attribution is a helpful and necessary. To not only measure data or leads, it allows you to attach the name of that lead to the pathway. I found that the onboarding process was great and that their team was willing to go the extra mile to help us be successful with their product. Their product works great and helped us solve the customer attribution issue we had been trying to resolve for over a year with just a few hours of our time. Attribution has many built in integrations that work well if the user has a faily straightforward e-commerce website and is using mainstream platforms like Google Analytics, Hubspot, Stripe etc. It's all fast and easy to setup with little technical knowledge required to get it up and running. If your use case is less typical, the methods required to get things to work without a built in integration is quite high.
