Las ventajas de utilizar Atom, es que tienes ya a tus clientes organizados y detectar con facilidad de que canal (red social) estan interactuando.

Lo que me desagrada es que tienes un tiempo limitado en responder el mensaje por via whatsaap, por otra parte que se mezclan las conversaciones nuevas con las antiguas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
