1. The support is personalized, it helps you with any questions in an organized and attentive manner, and they have very comprehensive support material.

2. The tool is very intuitive, the flowbuilder module is "Drag and Drop" and has very complete components enhanced with AI.

3. You consolidate your costs into a single invoice, as you do not receive charges from Meta per conversation; everything is included in the plan you choose from Atom.

4. It easily allows integration with well-known platforms or CRMs as well as custom development.

The entire onboarding process and the support from ATOM was very good. Customer service, response time, and support were always exceptional and also very timely and prompt. It is a very comprehensive tool, what we liked most about it is:

- The use of AI in bots has enabled the sales team to follow up with contacts with a higher possibility of closing.
