2. The tool is very intuitive, the flowbuilder module is "Drag and Drop" and has very complete components enhanced with AI.
3. You consolidate your costs into a single invoice, as you do not receive charges from Meta per conversation; everything is included in the plan you choose from Atom.
4. It easily allows integration with well-known platforms or CRMs as well as custom development.

It is a very comprehensive tool, what we liked most about it is:
- The use of AI in bots has enabled the sales team to follow up with contacts with a higher possibility of closing.
- The mobile application has allowed the team to follow up with prospects without having to rely on a computer.
