Nothing. So hard to submit support ticket. They itentionally don't want you to create a ticket but find out anwswers for yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Almost no response. Since the 1 day the ticket got opened, I only got about 1 email for every 2 weeks. Now it has been 2 months, they still won't be able to find proper person to help me resolve the issue. What I appreciate about Atlassian Support is its exceptional utility in facilitating the development and execution of project life cycle within a team. It empowers the organizations to cart product roadmap with number of features that are easy to use , implement and efficient tracking of project backlogs and efficient Customer support team which helps to establish clear visions. For beginners, learning some of the advanced features in Jira can be challenging and overwhelming. The support process can be disjointed. I still feel like Atlassian is a group of smaller teams that don't work well with each other. If you have a problem integrating two of their products, you can get bounced around as a "not my department" problem. Each team needs to realize they are part of the Atlassian ecosystem. It's pretty easy to use , the user interface is simple yet very proficient, connection to different Atlassian products like confluence and JIRA is of great use.
