What do you like best about AT&T Office@Hand?

That you can hear well, you can see the others if you choose to and that you can plan a meeting ahead of time and not need that the other will have the application as well i order for them to join. Also that you can add people with their phone as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AT&T Office@Hand?

AT&T Office@Hand was easy to use and manage. The software displayed everything on the screen and left little to figure out on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AT&T Office@Hand?

The downsides of AT&T Office@Hand was the customer service. Though the product was easy to use, if there was an issue that needed additional support, AT&T was not helpful in providing solutions. The customer service reps were overseas and were hard to understand and could not understand me either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AT&T Office@Hand solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem Office@Hand solved was providing all staff with private extensions without having to purchase different phone lines. Also, all phone extensions could be managed under one account. Voicemails were lost, messages could be transfered all from the computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AT&T Office@Hand?

I like that I can use the office at hand platform from anywhere on any of my devices. Everything I need is right at my fingertips. It is easy to take the business on the go with the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AT&T Office@Hand?

There is nothing, in particular, I do not like but I wish I could go back to older recordings when needed. I can only view back a month at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AT&T Office@Hand solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have started using the office at hand platform for our weekly conference calls instead of other platforms because it is easier to connect our team and is compatible with our outlook calenders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AT&T Office@Hand?

You can get rid of your landlines. If you are using AT&T as your company Cell provider, you can quickly transfer your landline and fax numbers to your cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AT&T Office@Hand?

Spam calls... AT&T assigns a US phone number to every user, but there are a couple of tricks to block most spam calls once you identify them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
