Our VOIP phones have been out of service for two months. We purchased a $500 onsite tech fee to insure someone would assist us through the transition. The software displayed everything on the screen and left little to figure out on your own. **What do you dislike about AT&T Office@Hand?** The downsides of AT&T Office@Hand was the customer service. Though the product was easy to use, if there was an issue that needed additional support, AT&T was not helpful in providing solutions. The customer service reps were overseas and were hard to understand and could not understand me either. **What problems is AT&T Office@Hand solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem Office@Hand solved was providing all staff with private extensions without having to purchase different phone lines. Also, all phone extensions could be managed under one account. Voicemails were lost, messages could be transfered all from the computer. ### 14.
