Top Rated AssessFirst Alternatives

I really like the ease with which our candidates can take the tests. The interface is intuitive and the questions are relevant, making the experience pleasant and rewarding. The results are accurate, comprehensive, and easily exploitable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only small drawback would be that some results can sometimes be a bit long to analyze at first, especially if one is not used to this type of tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the quality and relevance of the tools made available to recruiters. We can finally move away from the simple impressions of an interview lasting several dozen minutes to refocus on objective elements that will both make recruitments more reliable and allow for better understanding and support of the selected candidates. The results of the three questionnaires are also usable in internal mobility, whether chosen or not, as well as for potential detection, particularly managerial. The ergonomics of the tools is a strong point, as is the completeness of the reports generated from the candidates' responses, who mostly share their positive feelings with us once the stress of taking a "test" is over. The customer support is very responsive. And the teams are really professional and friendly. I have been working with Assess First for over 12 years and have been able to appreciate the continuous evolution of the tools, innovative and powerful. Sometimes it is necessary to be tenacious internally to convince of the relevance of the tools given the cost of the solution, but also and especially to change habits and avoid cognitive biases during interviews. The attachment to the CV and cover letter remains well entrenched among some department heads, even though they provide no guarantee on the soft skills, which are at the heart of the failures and successes of our recruitment. Not really any drawbacks to note. One can make improvement suggestions on practical or visual aspects. For example, it is necessary to be very precise in the construction of predictive models and have a very clear vision of the employee's daily tasks. I would have liked to be able to assign more significant coefficients to two or three selection criteria, but it doesn't impact the final result too much. It has the merit of encouraging real reflection with the recruiting service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using Assessfirst for recruitment can offer several advantages.
-The very first one is the reports matching the predictive model that each company can create for each job, value, status, etc... that can help identify candidates whose personality traits align with the role and company culture.
- It also helps reducing bias Reducing Bias as the reports can provide a more objective assessment of candidates, helping to reduce unconscious biases that can arise from interviews or resume reviews.
- The reports also helps the Managers to define more precisely their personnality search depending on the team members they already work with.
-Finally, Assessfirst also offers a "talent mapper" tool that helps teams to better work together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not use the "Campaign tool" a lot and I am pretty sure it can be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the depth of their behavioral analysis at AssessFirst. Their tools allow us to understand not only the technical skills of candidates/employees but also their potential to integrate into the team and contribute to our company culture. This is a major asset for our selection and mobility processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing in particular that I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most about AssessFirst is the accuracy of their personality and motivation tests. The interface is intuitive, and the results are easy to understand and apply in our recruitment process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main difficulty I encounter with AssessFirst is the complexity of certain analyses. Although the information is valuable, it can sometimes be challenging to interpret without proper training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Assessfirst platform is very "user friendly," designed primarily for users, very easy to handle. The scientific foundation of the solution also appeals to me a lot (BIG 5 personality theory). The tool is flexible and allows both recruitment and talent retention by helping them progress in self-awareness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about AssessFirst is how indispensable it has become to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tests are very easy to pass and really relevant. The results helped me to know myself better and to show my strengths to recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find nothing that I don't like in this test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Assessfirst for about a year and we are very satisfied with it. The test-taking process is pleasant for candidates and employees. They have direct access to their results. On our side, we receive very detailed and relevant reports. We use the platform for recruitment but also for internal mobility and pairing training. A top-notch tool! We have nothing to criticize about the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AssessFirst is a powerful tool for our recruitment. It allows us to go further during our oral interviews, but above all to achieve the right match between the future collaborator and their future team. The predictive models and the various reports are therefore no longer a mystery to us! Additionally, AssessFirst is directly integrated into our ATS! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is difficult to master the range of possibilities of AssessFirst... Team debriefings are more complicated than analyzing a candidate's profile! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Assessfirst for each of my recruitments:
- pleasant ergonomics and easy to use
- a real time saver for sorting applications, identifying candidates, and negative responses
- a plus for the candidate experience and the company's image
- a comprehensive tool covering all dimensions: personality, motivations, reasoning, and even compatibility with the manager
- customer support by the team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not really any negative points. If something must be mentioned, it's a certain cost, especially when you want multiple user accesses, but any recruitment assistance service has a cost, and I think the return on investment is worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a tool that allows extending the exchange with candidates, who also appreciate receiving their summaries. I have rarely used customer service, but when I had to, it was extremely fast. A top-notch team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I couldn't say. I haven't made any remarks about what I didn't like or about what could be done better. The team exceeds expectations, in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
