**What do you like best about AssessFirst?**

The clean and colourful user interface is amazing, simplified and intuitive. The easy tutorial before the assessment also really helps. The guidance/ instructions are simple and clear and you are guided through the assessment at a relaxed pace. This takes a lot of pressure off the whole experience. Also, I started the assessment late at night, then felt too sleepy to continue and came back to it after 12 hours...I was able to pick up exactly where I had left. I found that very understanding of the system.

**What do you dislike about AssessFirst?**

The repeated pop-up during the assessment when you are thinking through a question and you hadn't moved the mouse for 10 seconds, that was fairly annoying.

**What problems is AssessFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think my potential employer would like to know who I am, what makes me tick and how best I work (& maybe any hidden talents), so I suppose its helpful for them in that manner. For myself, it helps me understand myself better and how best I work.

What I like best is how AssessFirst goes beyond basic skills to analyze behavioral styles and motivators. The insights into my management preferences and the 'Culture Fit' breakdown are incredibly accurate and help align my personal values with the right professional environment.

What I find least helpful is that the platform's 'A-Player' metrics seem to heavily favor high-risk, high-speed profiles, which can sometimes overshadow the value of more methodical and thorough workers. Additionally, the behavioral descriptions can occasionally feel a bit rigid, potentially pigeonholing a candidate into a specific style without accounting for how we adapt in different real-world scenarios.

AssessFirst solves the problem of 'hidden' professional identity. It goes beyond my CV to show how I actually work and learn. For me, the biggest benefit has been the Culture Fit and Management style matching; it ensures I am placed in an environment where my methodical, collaborative nature is seen as an asset rather than a bottleneck. It effectively reduces the risk of career misalignment by focusing on behavioral science rather than just job titles.

What I like best about AssessFirst is how clearly it highlights my strengths and motivations, not just technical skills. The questionnaire was straightforward and easy to complete, and I appreciated that the results connect directly with recruiters without extra steps. It feels professional yet personal, giving me confidence that companies see the full picture of who I am and how I can contribute to their culture

While AssessFirst is very useful, I found it a little confusing that the login and email addresses don’t always match with the application system. For example, completing the questionnaire with LinkedIn but receiving employer messages on another email can create extra steps. It would be better if the platform made it easier to link or update emails directly. Aside from that, the process itself is smooth.

AssessFirst solves the problem of traditional applications focusing only on CVs and technical skills. It helps employers see my personality, motivations, and potential fit with their culture, which is often missing in standard recruitment. It helps eliminate guesswork in the recruitment process, allowing us to screen large volumes of candidates efficiently. The benefit to me is a much higher hiring success rate, stronger team synergy, and significant time saved during the initial selection phases

**What do you like best about AssessFirst?**

I find it quite thorough, because I had already taken a test on Insight, but here it is more detailed. However, for the reflection questions, it is not very clear at the beginning: the example exercise given is too simple compared to the real exercises with the circles.

Regarding the questions, it is noticeable that there are similar answer choices that come up again, but with other options. So, I sometimes think: "I've already answered that," and I choose another answer, even though it might not be the right logic. I hope I am expressing myself clearly.

The unclear explanation of the visual reasoning/logical test made the example too simple compared to the exercises, especially as they progressed and became increasingly difficult, but well, I guess that's the point :-)

gives a certain confidence when reading and even the negative points are explained in a beautiful and quite diplomatic way

The description is a great fit to my personality I guess, I suppose it is based on method DISC, so quite adapted to workplace. The large majority of the results are true.

**What do you dislike about AssessFirst?**

The first test push too many art references, and is often quite difficult to answer, even with a situation in mind. The results are fitting me, but the placement of them for my personality is a not perfect. The result of the last test is quite aside the truth.

Very straight forward and easy to use, clear instructions with areas to practice. I like the method of having breathing exercises in between assessments for those who may be nervous such as myself. It doesn't assess me negatively due to my skills but instead makes it constructive and clear to understand. By far the best site i've been directed to when it comes to work and taking these aptitude tests.

Downloading resumes is limiting. The skills-based approach seems richer, more flexible, and opportune to me for promoting profiles (bias of France Travail in skills profile)

The analysis of professional profiles takes into account so many parameters and is influenced by so many external factors (environment, moods...) and internal ones (education, references, analyst's paradigms) that the computer tool can provide a more objective, comprehensive, and positively oriented vision. It is a "super grid" for evaluation in recruitment.

Having to choose between two options, when both suit me equally, can skew the final result. For example, the statement "does not care about quality" does not really describe me, even though I am indeed trying to let go of my perfectionism by applying the principle "the best is the enemy of the good." This helps me relax and give myself more freedom :-)

At first, I was completely lost and unsure of what to do, but once I reached my dashboard, everything became clear. I find this really cool. Some of the answers to the questions I responded to were surprising, but overall, it was a fun experience!

I was disappointed that I couldn't return to previous questions. There was one instance where I selected the wrong answer by mistake and moved on too quickly, but I wasn't able to go back and correct it. Additionally, I found the number of questions to be excessive, and I noticed that some of them were repeated, which I didn't appreciate.
