AskNicely makes it super easy to send CSAT surveys to our customers. We have an automated report sent from our ticketing system that sends key pieces of information to the AskNicely platform on a daily basis. The AskNicely logic then reviews it and makes sure that we're not sending too many surveys to any specific customer and will automatically throttle those requests if it needs to.
The engine for building surveys is incredibly easy to use as well. It has easy logic to work with which changes follow up questions based upon the customer's initial responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could natively integrate it into our ticketing system (ServiceNow) rather than having to export CSVs and email them to their platform. Other than that, it's almost perfect for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use AskNicely for our company, this has helped us understand how our customers view our services. This includes training, samples, technical services, customer service etc.
We use AskNicely everyday to check our score and present it to our team every monday.

The only downside to AskNicely is we are unable to intergrate it with our Genesys system.

The function of the software is very user friendly and the support team is extremely helpful and available in real-time to help if you are confused or unsure how to set something up. The connection to salesforce and the workflows that connect to other softwares is very helpful. And the maintenance to keep things working is really non-existent. The platform is super user-friendly. AskNicely makes collecting feedback, viewing the data and closing the feedback loop easy. There is no limit to what metrics you can collect feedback on or how many surveys you can create/send.
The sales process was really smooth and comprehensive. They walk you through how to use the platform and different use cases for your business, so when you get to onboarding, your goals are outlined, and you can get to collecting feedback and improving your business.
